We had a wonderful stay at Raquel and Miguel's place! It's a spacious second floor above their home with a really lovely balcony where we spent most mornings drinking coffee and reading. The view at sunset was great as well! It was a three minute drive to the beach, and grocery stores and restaurants are very close too. The wifi worked well and we felt at home. Raquel was so friendly and helpful as well! She had so many local recommendations and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed - such kind hosts! The provided beach chairs and cooler were also so helpful and saved us from having to rent chairs. This was the perfect base for our vacation in Aruba and I would recommend it to anyone!

Sint Maarten is definitely one of my favorite islands and this property was amazing! Great views and close proximity to family and friends and local restaurants and the VIEW just WOW!!! Vera was an amazing host and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10!!!!

Great pictures are accurate The front desk and restaurant staff are very friendly and are always willing to answer questions. The place is quiet, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast is delicious and there is variety in the options. The surroundings of the place are not the cutest, however it is very short drive to uptown. I would definitely recommend the place.

This is a very special place. The unparalleled hospitality is a real plus. The quiet and private setting makes for a perfect relaxing vacation. Loeki went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment she picked us up at the airport, until we said goodbye when she returned us to the airport - it was a pleasure to be her guest. This is a destination with a fascinating history, and absolutely a laid back vibe. An ideal place to relax and re-charge.

Had a lovely stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating for check-in. Beautiful place and very well located with the playa Lagun next door and the other beaches a few minutes away.

The property is in building A in Dawn Beach Resort- the best building! Though the building is not a pleasant sight, the inside unit is absolute luxury and gorgeous- better than pictures! They assigned us the third and the view was stunning. The first floor has the perk of walking in via the grassy area by the sea. The water is super close, but you have to walk to the resort to the sandy beach area. From A it's no more than a few minutes walk and exactly what you'd expect to walk from any hotel to their beach. Access to the hotel gym, beach towels/chairs restaurants was great. The daily towel change impressed us. The property has more amenities than expected (hotel type selfcare amenities, so much kitchen equipment/tools!). Rent a car as you won't want to spend the entire stay at the Marriott beach. It's rocky going in though the colour is gorgeous in the sun. The surrounding beaches are worth a trip Also, Gael was super responsive and honest, which made us feel sure of our decision!

We had a great stay in Aruba! The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The sunset views from the 4th-floor terrace were stunning, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to Eagle Beach and close to excellent restaurants. Sylvia was a friendly and welcoming host. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved the apartment! We ended up staying there twice, on either end of a timeshare week, and it was perfect. It's a great location and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach! We didn't end up using any appliances but it was nicely stocked with dishes and pots if you needed them. We would definitely stay here again!

We've just returned from a one week stay at Xanadu and can't recommend this resort enough! The complex is smaller (which we loved) with only 12 units and a beautiful pool and bar area. The rooms are very modern, spacious and nicely decorated, with the building only being three years old. It's a perfect location to explore either end of the island , and only a five minute walk to blue Bay Beach, which you have free access to. The owner Ravi is very responsive to his guests needs and is also an excellent host. He regularly plans a Happy hour at the resort bar where you can meet with other guests and enjoy Ravi's fun hospitality, the pool and bar area. We met guests from all over the world and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning to Curacao and to Xanadu. Thank you Ravi for a wonderful vacation at your beautiful resort.

Very nice place, quiet and very clean. Well located (outside the hustle and 5 min walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Saint Martin) Quick and smooth communication with our hosts as soon as we arrive Beautiful view at the top of the residence where there is a deck to do your yoga if you wish For those who are driven, supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car Had a lovely stay! I enjoyed my time at Tals place, it felt like home away from home. The views from the balcony were amazing. All of our excursions transportation operators were easily able to locate us. we were close to resteraunts, casino, beach, and supermarkets. everything was walking distance so no real need for a rental car. The concierge were amazing as well and very atentive only thing is it had like a smell but cracking the windows and spray helped alot and we were very close to the airport

Location: 10 min drive from airport, privately located within a gated community of rental units and/or residencies. This condo was at The Reef building with shared pool, ( for nearby rentals in that specific location) free parking and reception house available. Beach is walkable. Environment: peaceful, family oriented. 2 Restaurants available: 1 on beach and another by reception house. ( we felt food menu choices were limited and pricey but expected as this is titled “resort”. Condo: spacious for a family of 4 or 2 couples. beautiful and simple with electric stove to use. Fridge spacious for a week plus worth of groceries. Bathroom spacious and clean, water pressure was perfect. Didn’t struggle to have water to shower . Open glass shower. Bedroom mattresses comfortable; had a great 6 nights of sleep! Patio spacious with outdoor furniture- it gets too humid therefore we only sat out there 7a-9a and 8p-10p. Mosquito spray is necessary. Rent a car outside the resort. No Ubers available.

Beautiful peaceful place, Rosanna was very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and felt right at home.
