We were warmly welcomed and personally guided by Marieke and one of her daughters to the apartment, where everything was shown and explained to us. There are many play options for children, such as the game collection in the apartment, swing, trampoline and outdoor pool. Ride-on toys and sand toys may also be used. Our daughter was very happy to be allowed to play when the girls were outside. All the family members we met are very friendly and helpful. If it happened, it was also time for a little conversation. The location in the countryside was a beautiful place. We had bicycles with us, which we used to ride to the surrounding villages, to the beaches and to go shopping.

We had a very nice time! You can see how much love was put into the accommodation and the property! We felt comfortable right away and can only recommend the accommodation! The area is very quiet but still you can get to the supermarket, a restaurant or the beach in a short time by car. There was a travel bed, high chair and toys for our child without us asking for it. We were very happy about that! We will be happy to come back!

It's a prime location. With the provision of 2 bicycles, you can reach the city center in 15 minutes. The fact that there is no cooking fire in the bathroom/kitchen brought some restrictions. A simple egg baking for breakfast is not possible, heating up spagett sauce in a pan and cooking was not possible. But otherwise a very clean stay, quiet and wonderful to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved being close to the beach and the tram to get to other parts of the city. We were in close walking distance to some great restaurants and grocery stores. Sabrina was very responsive and here place was perfect for our needs.

We had a great time staying in Polly’s house. It’s very well situated just steps outside the city center, with a public parking lot a 3 minute walk away. Everything was very clean and well kept.

Fantastic accommodation with all the comforts, beautiful location. Walking distance to beach and forest. Close to the city center. Surroundings of the accommodation are quiet. Private garden. Good base for Middelburg, Domburg, Veere etc.

The apartment was exactly as advertised and was a great location to discover different areas of the Netherlands. Having bikes that we could hire was great, we used them every day and was a great way to explore. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay!

We stayed at this Airbnb for 2 days to explore Den Haag. It was conveniently located for us. Takes roughly 20min to get to the city hall. Totally worth it.

Had a great stay during our cycling holiday. We were personally received and given clear explanations. It is a very nice historic cottage, very tastefully decorated. Located on a cozy market with nice restaurants. But you don't have to leave the house because it has nice extras such as a record player, books and games. Kitchenette with microwave. Delicious tea and coffee, welcome drink included. Other drinks are also available, for a fee. There is also a nice outdoor terrace overlooking the enclosed garden. We were able to park our racing bikes in the garden under a shelter. We booked breakfast and this was very complete. Hope to come back again.

Quiet village. Nice base for cycling and hiking trails. Sitting outside is quite possible. Fast internet. Nice oven and combi microwave.

Ellen’s place is truly a gem. Quaint little studio for a quick trip to Amsterdam. A nice balcony, which is perfect for a glass of wine and a good book. 10/10.

A great weekend get away

Beautiful location and home! This tiny home is well thought out and has everything one or two people need. Watergang is quiet, serene and beautiful. It was completely silent at night, a nice respite from busy travel days in Amsterdam! Johan was friendly and proactive and quick to respond to any questions I had. The bikes included in the rental were an absolute highlight! It was a great way to get around Amsterdam as Watergang is a bit outside of the city but I made going into the city a fun bike ride or alternatively the bus is very quick into the city.

Wonderful place, between Maas and Waal, with good opportunities for varied cycling tours. Ivon and Gerard's home is well-equipped; and the host couple is very welcoming. Recommended.

Thank you to this little family who renovated a beautiful family home with the heart. Breakfast is generous and privacy is respected. The accommodation is 10 minutes from Middelbourg and the canal as well as the bike paths make the distance a real pleasure. Zeeland is a beautiful area and this place is the image of it.
