It's super easily accessible by car and by public transport (12 minutes to the train station, 22 minutes to the city centre of Ghent). There are also electrical bikes available in the street. Nearby there's a bakery and several restaurants.

Dit betreft een volledig alleenstaande woning op het zelfde stuk grond als onze huidige verblijfplaats. De recent gerenoveerde woning is uniek door zijn ligging (op een boogscheut van Gent), omgeving (in een oase van rust en groen) en door zijn karakter (een landelijke woning met alle toebehoren). Bovendien bevinden wij ons hier in een prachtige fiets en wandelroute en op 5 minuten van de Leie. Cultuur is hier ook aanwezig op wandelafstand. Denk maar aan het Kasteel van Ooidonk.

Lisa é un host molto cordiale e mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. La stanza é enorme e pulitissima, con un letto matrimoniale molto comodo ed un arredamento accogliente. Mi sono sentito a casa. La casa in generale é situata in una zona particolarmente tranquilla e silenziosa di Gent. Facile raggiungere il centro cittá a piedi in pochi minuti. Sono stato molto soddisfatto di tutto e ci torneró sicuramente.

Tout fut absoluement parfait pour notre escapade en Belgique, le chalet était juste idéal pour nous, si spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très propre (sentait extrêmement bon), parfaitement équipé, avec une jolie terrasse entourée de verdure ! Bennie’s garden is the first thing you see walking in, and it is breathtaking. You feel like you’re living in the Gardens of Babylon. All the windows have screens so you can keep them wide open and it is fairly shaded so even in hot weather it doesn’t get very hot at all. The bus stop is half a block away, although I used the e-bikes that are everywhere, fairly cheap to rent, and there is a parking spot for them right in front of the apartment. Will probably stay gain eventually.

Prachtig gastenverblijf in een heel mooie en rustige omgeving. Severine was de perfecte gastvrouw die altijd bereikbaar was indien we iets nodig zouden hebben bij vragen. De tijd is voorbij gevlogen en we voelden ons even alsof we op vakantie waren. Alles was kraaknet, proper en alles wat je kunt bedenken was aanwezig. Wij hopen dat we heel snel de tijd vinden om terug te komen!
