The place is located about 1 km from the ferry dock on Ågskardet, close to the sea. View from the house, to fjords and mountains in the area. Good opportunity for mountain trips, both easy and more demanding. Best suited for 2, or a small family. The house is from the 1800s, but renovated and new bathroom with shower in 2017. Formerly a granary, but housing since 1946, and has retained some of the original character. Equipped for simple cooking, with a stove. Refrigerator and freezer. Electric car charging only by appointment in advance. One bedroom, steep stairs up.

Fantastic location by Saltdalselva "Dronninga i Nord", one of Norway's best salmon and sea trout fishing rivers. Bicycle path in the immediate vicinity where you can cycle to Storjord where Nordland National Park Center, Skogvoktergården, Junkeldalsura and Kjemågafossen are located. Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil place to stay. Brand new made annex that is all up to today's standard. There is both a stove, hob, fridge, TV as well as a sofa bed. Brand new bathroom with toilet and shower. Unfortunately no public transport available but is free parking space. Here, you'll find everything you need, from bedding to towels. Just walk right in, relax, and enjoy yourself ☺️ There's also a campfire pan that you can enjoy using. ☺️ If you are lucky, you can get a glimpse of the northern lights :)

BOLGA, a remote IDYLL N of the ARCTIC CIRCLE

Bolga is a beautiful island on the Helgeland coast with approx 85 friendly inhabitants, a grocery store and a tavern. Exciting conditions for hiking, climbing, bouldering, kayaking, diving, seakiting, fishing and foraging. The cottage is situated in the south-west corner, 2 km easy walking from the harbour. Daily connection with the mainland by ferry or local boat to/from Ørnes and express boat to/from Bodø/Sandnessjøen. You may observe the amazing Northern Light from September.

Neverdal is located in Meløy, between Bodø and Mo i Rana. Here you can experience the Svartisen glacier, two national parks, mountains for both winter and summer use and a fantastic archipelago with several inhabited islands. The apartment is located 9 km from the municipal center Ørnes, and it is 11 km to the industrial site Glomfjord. We offer a patio with a fire pit and a large garden to frolic in.
