Apartment holiday rentals in New Caledonia

We stayed at Ann-Margreth's for a week to participate in tennis tournament at Ligue de tennis de Nouvelle Caledonie. It was 10 min drive to get there and only 5 min walk to the supermarket. The unit was clean and spacious enough for 6 of us to take a good rest. Highly recommended‼︎

Great locatiion and great apartment with all amenties to make perfect holuday. Only issue is block-out curtains needed in bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and would recomend to others to stay

Great small apartment whose layout makes the space very nice. It is very quiet and ideally located, 2 steps from the beaches and the promenade. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking space is a plus! Communication with Floriane was at its best! Thank you

Perfect accommodation, clean, spacious and quiet. Prime location close to the waterfront, bars and restaurants. Large pool that makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Large apartment, with two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room and another on the terrace. Huge terrace, overlooking the beach. Air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and the living room. Fan in the other. The equipment is very complete, with ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a significant amount of kitchen utensils. Private garage in the basement with its own security door in the square. There is no supermarket nearby (the nearest Casino is more than a kilometer away), but there are bars and restaurants, apart from the beach, which can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The host was very kind, agreed to change the mattress of one of the beds, which was a little sunken, and did it in less than 24 hours, a holiday.

The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped. The kitchen has good quality amenities. It was conveniently located for us, close to our family. Only very small detail... 1 or 2 coat racks are missing to hang the towels.

Arriving in New Caledonia in an installation context, Celine showed great kindness and kindness to me. The accommodation is very functional. The setting is peaceful, while being close to everything. Views of the mountains, sunrise and sunset... I would recommend Celine's place.

Very nice welcome to Guillaume, Ludie and their little girl! They're super cool! The room is simple, there is everything you need, the neighborhood is well located (easy to access from the city center by bus, and a 5-minute walk from the Champion to do your shopping). Good value for money in Nouméa!

Brigitte is very good advice, responsive, available and caring. The apartment is well located, close to shops, restaurants, market and marina of Moselle port. I enjoyed the bathroom space and the shower is spacious.

Great stay! Beautiful apartment, very very well equipped, modern, and very good bedding. Nabil is a very friendly host, who always responds quickly and is concerned about the well-being of his tenants. The Géant supermarket is close by, so is the city center. We had a great time staying at Nabil's house's house and would recommend her apartment without hesitation!
