The unit is one block from bike trails, public transportation into the city and award winning restaurants like 2FiftyBBQ and Manifest Bread. With a separate entrance and private front porch to enjoy, the suite is attached to our home but is its own separate unit. Convenient location close to UMD or spacious hotel alternative for business trips or for those wanting to easily explore the sights in downtown DC.

Cozy basement unit minutes from Washington, D.C. or the University of Maryland. Within 10 minutes walk of restaurants, breweries, bike share, and rail station with direct access to Union Station. Five minute drive/ 20 minute walk to DC metro subway station. Excellent access to bike paths, plenty of on-street parking, quiet neighborhood. A big, fenced backyard with an outdoor table, a fire pit with wood supply, trampoline and hammock in good weather. Great base for visiting for D.C. or UMD.

This is such an ideal place to stay in the DMV area if you're there for work but also don't want to always be in the center. I enjoyed this place so much because it had everything needed for a comfortable stay! The rooms were spacious, stylish and comfortable. I will say that the room could get hot/stuffy at times with the hotter weather, they did provide a fan and you can open the window slightly to let in fresh air. The kitchen was well maintained and well stocked, not like a lot of Airbnbs now that are bare bones and have less amenities than hotels. Although you're sharing the house with others, there was a lot of privacy and people were respectful of the rules. It's a short walk to the metro station and bus station and there's a beautiful field of yellow flowers across the street. Staying there was very serene! Highly recommend for solo travelers or those there for work/conference.

My stay at Habeeb’s went smoothly from beginning to end! Check in was great because he uses an app vs having to type in a code. The space was clean, and looked like the images. The room was very comfortable, private , quiet and clean. I never heard loud noises or anything. You will need to have your own account for streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, etc. to sign in and use them. A bonus to my stay was discovering the walking trail along the lake right outside the side of the house. What a nice bonus! Habeeb has a proactive communication style which i appreciated. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area! Will book again when needed

I was adding a church convention during my stay. This was the perfect location as it was right around the corner from the church. The unit is as pictured. Quinta, was very responsive and helpful with answering questions prior to booking. I would love to book again if available when in the area. The only issue is parking is a little tight in the driveway if you have a midsize car or larger. And that there is a four day minimum stay. So I will be unable to use this location for future upcoming church events later this summer 🥲. But overall excellent stay and, great pricing. Thank You Quinta!
