Holiday rentals with a sauna in New Hanover County

I have only amazing things to say about our stay at Nicole’s condo. We love the complex and stayed here last year, but Nicole’s place had a ton of items you didn’t even know you needed if you need them- extra toothbrushes, soaps, paper towels, ibuprofen, plastic bags, sunscreen and bug spray (we didn’t use them but so awesome to know they were there!). You’re right across the street from the beach and great outdoor pool. When I had to spend time cleaning upon arrival because of dirt and dust, Nicole didn’t hesitate to refund me the cleaning fee. She is super responsive and helpful- a most wonderful host. She also handled a last minute change in having a third guest with grace and kindness. I highly recommend Nicole’s condo for your next beach vacation. Kure is the best!next outdoor pool

Having access to the beach and pools was amazing. We thought we'd need to use the indoor pool, but the weather was great all week. The outdoor pools were great - showers available to get sand off from the beach. The kitchen equipment was not very clean and the doubl bed was pretty uncomfortable. However, these shortcomings were easily overlooked for how close we were to the beach. Kure had lots of activities for free, but also some things you could pay for nearby, like putt putt or the Boardwalk. I definitely recommend this location!

Beautiful place to stay and great location. Peaceful and quiet but an easy drive to restaurants and shops! I highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Martina’s place. She was great with quick communication, and the location was within a 3 minute walk to the beach. We loved the indoor and outdoor pool facilities as well. The place was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Local restaurants were great and shopping nearby. We also loved the DVD player with lots of movies to choose from, as we enjoyed nights just staying in as well. This was one of the best paces we have stayed. Perfect quiet getaway! Definitely will book again.

Our family of six - ages from 2 to 73 all enjoyed the location in Kure Beach, the beautifully decorated condo and all the amenities. We will definitely come back next summer. Thank you Chris and Ellie for all of your help and communication-made us feel special!

This home was beautiful, it literally looks as beautiful in the pictures as it does in real life. The furniture was very comfortable, the beds were great to sleep on and the master shower was great. The view was breath taking. The only issue we had was no communication during the storm. We had to move our vehicles and then we weren't able to park in our assigned parking due to debris-- however the neighboring building allowed us to park there to keep our vehicle safe and dry from the storm. It is a beautiful location and no issues with booking or checking in.

Emanuela is professional, thorough, accommodating, and generous. The downtown Wilmington units provided the perfect accommodation for our small group participating in the Wilmington marathon races as well as a spacious and central focal point to regroup with family before spending the afternoon and evening exploring all the rich history, delicious eats, and diverse character of the friendly community. The units are tasty decorated with thoughtful amenities like bedside charging stations, multiple coffee maker options and modern fixtures/appliances that offered all the comforts of home. The 15’+ ceilings, exposed brick, metal street front balconies and original wood floors give the space so much depth and personality. We especially loved the record player! Thanks for an amazing stay. You are doing a wonderful job and we’re always grateful for hosts like you.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Val’s beach house in Kure Beach! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just steps from the ocean. We spent our days playing in the waves, relaxing on the porch, and enjoying meals together as a family. One of the highlights of the trip was seeing dolphins right from the shore—it felt magical. The host was responsive and helpful, and everything was exactly as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable beach getaway.

Great place to stay. Quiet place to stay that is family friendly. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Right on the beach and a short walk to the private access to the beach. A few things stood out for us: The kitchen is outdated but functional, both decks need the boards replaced (watch for splinters), the sliding door off the master does not have a handle on the outside so be aware if you close the door, both sliding doors do not lock but there is pieces of wood to secure them, and the front door key pad would not work for us so we had to use the spare key (not an issue for us). Overall it’s a great place to lay your head down at night after spending the day on the beach. Would stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! It was peaceful, accessible to activities, and supplied all of our needs. The pool was just outside the room and viewable from the balcony and the beach was a short easy walk. The room was just as described and the host was excellent at communicating and giving clear instructions regarding check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Bryant Real’s place was a very clean and peaceful retreat (exactly as shown in the pictures). We were right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from the back porch. We left feeling completely rested and relaxed from a great vacation. We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The place was clean. We especially loved the peaceful mornings on the deck and the sound of the waves at night. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The property was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Right in between the beaches and downtown Wilmington, couldn’t ask for a better location! The interior was spacious and clean. We felt comfortable and right at home during our stay. Max was responsive and really nice. We had to have the shower handle tightened and Graham who stopped by to help was awesome and got the job done in 2 minutes! We would love to stay here again, thank you Max!

Blake and her place are awesome!! The place is amazing. Literally steps away from the ocean. The view from the back deck is outstanding. The feeling on the island is so comfortable and safe even on the crowded boardwalk during the fireworks with our two young sons. Definitely worth more than what Blake charges. We loved it so much, we tried to extend our stay. Unfortunately it was already booked which is not a surprise. 10/10! Will be staying here again for sure. 100% would recommend to anyone who wants a fun, carefree, relaxing vacation on the beach.
