John and Emma's place is exactly as described. It is neat and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. It is on a busy corner so that might be off-putting to some, but it was fairly quiet on the days we were there. You are able to walk to town to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream and there is a big grocery store just down the road.

Very hospitable hosts. They seemed to really have all the little details locked in that make a stay great.

Beautiful property and unique farmhouse. The grounds were well kept and Whitney was welcoming and accommodating. We sipped coffee in the garden terrace in the mornings and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evenings. Highly recommend, wonderful spot!

This place is nestled within the “downtown” area of Catskill Village and is centrally located. The apartment was pristinely clean and very easy to get to! The host(s) was the best part of the trip. Everything was proactively communicated (e.g. neighborhood gems), and responses were efficient, timely, and very respectful. I felt wonderful knowing I was in safe hands! Overall, I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Wonderful large studio with warm materials and beautiful renovation. Very easy access by car to Rhinebeck, Poughkeepsie, Culinary Institute of America, and just a little farther to Kingston or New Paltz, very reachable. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the space.

The Airbnb is on a small hill looking out towards a small pond and an open field. The sunset in particular was very nice. The home is in a very private location. Inside, the space was well decorated - simple yet tasteful. The space itself is on the smaller end but the decor opens up the space. Michael answered all questions within 24-hours. Easy to communicate with. Overall a good stay

A great, comfortable home base for exploring the Catskills and wider Hudson Valley. We had some hiccups in our planning, and Joseph was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This place is LOVELY! Everything is so walkable-- hikes, cute cafes, restaurants, book stores. The garden is gorgeous and the apartment is squeaky clean. And to boot, Peter is lovely! Some people in town jokingly called him the mayor. He has great advice and is just a vibe. Can't recommend enough!

5 stars all the way. The location, the interiors, the equipment, linens, provisions were all top notch. Nick and Mar were generous and responsive hosts. One of the best stays I’ve had!

Diana is warm and accessible. That is a gift. And, it is such a special place- the sounds of birds and rustling leaves in the trees- and forest you see from every window. Its a touch of a drive but so worth it. Everything is in perfect condition and Diana's taste in color, texture and art is elegant- yet simple, mildly rustic, and still- old charm. It is private and safe. I know I will be back there one day. It was like a retreat!

Gabriela’s place is close to town, the rail trail and the overall vibe is peaceful. There are a ton of helpful notes and she has everything that you will need. It was very quiet and cozy. We are looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Great location for our SUNY New Paltz visit. Short drive to locals shops & restaurants. Peaceful surroundings & tastefully appointed, with updated furnishings, bathroom & kitchen. Complimentary tea & etc., truly appreciated. (I enjoyed my tea at the outside patio…ty so much!) Kitchen & bathroom are both clean & welcoming. Would return again! The property is very close to some key places we wanted to visit, Beacon (great town), family, easy to get to the city or tour around the Hudson Valley area. E’s place was a great find. The space is so clean, modern and beautiful. The property is lovely too. The location is really close to nature and culture. We actually wished we could have stayed a little longer. When we walked in, there were snacks and water, which was such a lovely touch after traveling. We spent the morning playing the board games in the main room with our five year old. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had lovely touches in case you forgot something. E clearly cares for the space and puts thought into and understands what a guest might need. She was a wonderful host and i recommend the space highly.

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

Very quaint little spot! Located in a very quiet, serene area. We absolutely loved the yard and the trails behind the house, my dog felt right at home! Renee was very responsive when needed but otherwise felt we had plenty of privacy despite being on the same property. Space was clean and charming and everything we needed for a quick wedding weekend! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet weekend!

Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Newburgh. Thank you, John, for creating such a wonderful space and for being such a fantastic host!

This was a great weekend getaway! The place is very clean, safe, and close to local restaurants and Haines Fall! I would recommend to anyone. The hot tub made it magical, it was perfect at the end of a long day of hiking. The hosts respond quickly and I didn’t need to ask any questions because everything was explained well and there were helpful tips throughout the room. No complaints!

Melissa was an amazing host from the minute we booked the reservation. Her home was beautiful and provided a sense of peace. The binder with local activities as well as restaurants was extremely helpful and although it rained our whole weekend we didn't mind because the hot tub area was so nice. Will definitely be back again!

John is a super attentive host and the place is a nice clean basement apartment with lots of wildlife! It was the perfect set up for our trip to Bethel. Would def stay here again!
