Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Perfect 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Home

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street. Travel cot available if needed NO parties we will be contacted to deal with any noise at the property as we only live a few minutes away. Ring doorbell has been set up to monitor this.

New conversion 2 minute walk to Brunstane train station then a 7 minute journey to Edinburgh Waverley city centre, trains are every 30 minutes into town. Great Lothian Regional Transport (LRT) buses nearby as well. A lovely 20 minute walk into Portobello for loads of bars and restaurants plus the bonus of being right next to the beach. About 30 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful golf courses in Scotland.

Exceptional home only 2 miles from city centre.

Sole occupancy of this home. Freshly decorated to a high standard with colourful soft furnishings. Modern appliances but with a cosy atmosphere. All rooms are sunny and bright with a pleasant outlook. Arthur Seat and Portobello Beach within walking distance. Bus stop right outside on street taking you into the city within 10 minutes.
