Mona's place is as authentic as you can get. Right on the water, beautifully and authentically decorated. A true Newfoundland spot. If you are in town when Art's Landing has a shed party you need to go. Beautiful hiking trails. A lovely spot.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! We couldn’t believe how big of a place it was. She had everything you could think of, provided. It’s the cleanest air bnb I’ve stayed at, that’s for sure. The decor was the best! Unique, colourful, retro… we loved it! We cannot wait for our next visit! Thanks so much Brittany!

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, and this was by far the best one, especially for the price. The place was spacious enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children, and the surroundings were beautiful. It was very close to the lake, in a private area, exactly like a nice summer cottage. Marcella left a ton of snacks, fresh bread, eggs and milk in the fridge, and there was even coffee, tea, cereal and oatmeal in the pantry. I cannot say enough good things. The space had everything we could have needed and more, and felt just like home. Husband kept saying it was paradise indeed. Our kids loved it and we were just sad we couldn’t stay longer. Whoever stays here won’t regret it!

Dales place was so cute and comfortable. The hot tub area was an added treat. Beds were comfortable. Definitely a place to go back to.

Our stay here was great! We enjoyed using the peddle boats and the canoe! As well as the hot tub! It is suitable for a single family as the home is quite small on the inside (we had 2 couples and 1 set of the couples has a teenage son so bunkbed situation was worked out) The house was extremely clean (coming from a house cleaner . Would highly recommend.

Beautiful views from the house! We enjoyed watching the boats and people hiking signal hill. Very quiet and peaceful while only taking about 10-15 minutes to get to downtown St. John’s! The parking was a bit tight and overwhelming but luckily the house is far back so we got used to it by the end of our stay.

C'est idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs jours pour explorer ces deux sites de TerreNeuve. La vue est très plaisant et permet de bien relaxer. Stephanie est une hôte formidable, très réactive.

Great place to stay for 2 to 4 people beside a lake. It was a bit too cool and windy the night we stayed. But deck with patio furniture plus fire pit area looked very inviting. Had everything needed plus. Beds and living room furniture quite comfortable.

Excellent camper with a view. Joan and family were so loving and warm. They even gave a tour of their home. Lovely and friendly cats and a puppy. She gifted a couple of sea dollars from the ocean as a sign of good luck. Such a beautiful charming family. Very responsive. Great conversations! The location was super beautiful. Would recommend anyone to come and stay. A big Thank You!❤️

Nous sommes restées 5 jours chez Adrian. Le chalet était très propre et très bien rangé, il y a tout ce donc vous avez besoin pour un séjour tranquille. Il y a 3 grandes chambres, très propres également. Nous sommes descendu à la plage, qui se trouve à maximum 10minutes à pieds. Gaspé est à 35minutes en voiture et Percé à 1h25. L'environnement est très agréable et paisible, nous recommandons à 100% ce logement les yeux fermés.

One of the best air bnbs we have stayed at. Felt right at home. It was a basement apt but they made it look and feel like a main unit. They were also so responsive when we asked a question and made our visit great. We enjoyed the welcome basket also. We will differently be coming back there again. I he pool was also amazing. I wish I could give more stars because 5 doesn’t seem enough for this place. You will not be disappointed!!!!

The chalet was beyond our expectations! Very peaceful and a beautiful hidden gem. We needed a place to unwind and relax and not worry about life and what time of day it was and this place has it all! The art work is absolutely stunning!!Beautiful view of Island Pond from the fire pit spot too a gorgeous nite sky from the hot tub!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the kitchen and living room are exceptional.

We had a wonderful time! Loved all the little extras they provided at the cottage; s'mores bucket, water, soda, coffee and tea. The beds were super comfortable I want to find out where they bought the mattress and bedding! The fire by the water was so nice and relaxing. We purchased lobster from the wharf and cooked them outside Super fun weekend can't wait to rebook!

Stayed here for the weekend on a ski trip ! This place was awesome for our group, had 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen, good size living room with 2 bathrooms! The pool would be awesome in the summer, beautiful view & definitely a good value for the cost. Would stay again !

We had a wonderful stay at the Boathouse with our 3 year old!! We really appreciated the welcome gifts and lovely note upon arrival. David and Kim were extremely responsive with any questions we had leading up, and made sure our stay was perfect!! The boathouse had everything we needed. We found the bed comfortable which is always very important to us! The weather didn't cooperate for our long weekend stay, but it didn't even matter as there is a beautiful covered deck where you can still sit out when it's raining and have a fire overlooking the peaceful water! Our little guy loved making s'mores in the bonfire and throwing rocks into the water! Our only regret was not taking our little pups along for the adventure!!!

Our stay was very pleasant. We loved the hiking trails and the view from the living room window! Nellie and Rueben were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcome in this lovely little community.

The place is behind and to the left of our hosts home, separated by a walkway. So the view has the wall of their house on the right, hot tub left with another house left forward. It’s beautiful straight ahead, wonderful sunsets. There’s a very big shared lawn that goes down to a lovely coastal walking/biking trail. We couldn’t tell which unit we were supposed to be going to. Our host stepped out of his house as we rattled their back door, thinking it was ours. He pointed us the right way, but didn’t say hello, introduce himself/welcome us. It’s possible he wasn’t the host but a guest in his house? Other than that awkwardness the place is perfect for sightseeing on the Cabot trail. It’s s a tiny well kept cottage with table service for 2, nespresso machine w/pods (thanks for the decaf and sugar!), microwave and fridge. There’s a cute cafe nearby with great sandwiches and another across the street. Comfy bed. Definitely reccomend staying here.
