Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ngemplak

A nice place to stay for a family of five. There are only two rooms, so we still could have our privacy and time together. Although you might need to be extra careful when bringing toddlers, because the pool side could be slippery and the pool is quite deep for a baby. Nice tv, super clean bathrooms (which is very important for me), and well circulated air and lights. The place is pretty far from shops or city center, so good if you have a car although the parking might be a bit challenging but manageable. Fit for those who wish to get away from crowds. Pack your food, spices, meat, and all so you dont need to go anywhere 😅. Also, they provide complimentary (fruits and instant noodles) which is soo unexpectedly helpful. Hahaha. Kudos to the host! Looking fwd to be back!! xx

What a beautiful home! it truly exceeded our expectations. My mother had just undergone surgery at RS Sardjito, so instead of returning to my mother’s home in Jepara, we decided to rest in Yogya and stay at Surfrider. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfect for families. Our 3-year-old son absolutely loved the pool and sand playground, and my mom found the home theatre especially soothing with its calming music. One evening there was a short power outage, but Ben and Kak Galuh responded quickly and handled it right away, we really appreciated their care. The location was also ideal, close to many great places to eat. We followed Ben and Kak Galuh’s recommendations and tried Mediterranea Restaurant by Kamil and Sate Klathak Pak Pong (both were excellent). In the mornings, my family enjoyed peaceful walks around the neighbourhood and even bought delicious bubur ayam keliling. A recommended stay in Yogya for families.😊👌

Awalnya mau nginep semalam aja, tapi pas sampai di homestay langsung pengen stay bermalam2 karena bersih dan hommie bangett. Dan yang paling penting disini selalu dibersihkan setiap hari.

great place, huge and cozy. Near taman siswa where lot of great food there. Minor things, the place location are in a quite narrow street. but other than this place was perfect to stay with families.

Nice place and spacious , strategic location. But the checkin time is 3pm and check out at 11am, when in the other accommodation is usually at 2pm until 12pm. Its too short of time. And the carpark only can have 1 car. Overall recommended. Thanks

Rumah ini sangat nyaman, tenang, sejuk, bersih, rapih, dan tentunya fasilitas lengkap terdapat alat masak, dispenser, penanak nasi, alat makan, dapur, 2 kamar mandi yang dilengkapi water heater. Tersedia 3 kamar dengan tempat tidur yang banyak, bahkan terdapat extrabed juga tanpa biaya tambahan, rumah ini cukup hingga 8-10 orang dewasa. Ini rumah nyaman dan enak untuk staycation dengan keluarga dengan tenang dan nyaman.

We had a lovely time during our stay here. The place has a beautiful view of the rice fields and it is very peaceful. The hosts were friendly and kind to us, helping us with any questions we had. The outdoor patio area was comftortable to relax in with a nice view. The AC worked well and it was nice having the open shower with a view. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch, made by the lovely ladies who take good care of the place. The location is a little out of the way but it's worth it getting to stay in a place like this. I would recommend renting a scooter so you can explore easily but if not you can easily order a grab/gojek/bluebird taxi. I would recommend staying here.

This homestay was perfect for what we needed. The housekeeper was absolutely fantastic and answered all our questions as well as being really helpful. The taxi driver found it hard to find even though we gave him the full address so we had to get him to talk to the housekeeper on the phone to find out how to get there.

A very nice apartment to stay with wood & industrial aesthetic furniture. Sarah has been a very nice and accommodating host as well. Had a pleasant and peaceful stay!

The host is pretty responsive but got some problem with water leakage inside the room. The location is afar from downtown but you can find convenient store here and there.

We had a lovely stay here. The place was great. There was a water dispenser which was great as it had cold water. The TV worked great as well as the AC. The place was very clean.

Le logement est très agréable. Situé au 18 eme étage avec une vue dégagée et je crois même sur le volcan. La réception est vraiment très agréable, discrète et aidante. Relativement proche en taxi du grand mall de Jakarta. Netflix est pour une fois disponible et connecté sur le compte de l’appartement.

Had a pleasant stay here because the room is clean and the ambience is so comforting. The interior of the room just look like in picture which is top notch! Thanks for Mr. Anton for flexible check-in time so we don't have to go here and there carrying our luggage. Also for providing so much necessary things we might need in this room (hairdyer, iron, sandals, even there are books to read!) The location might be quite far from city center but don't worry, there are many restaurants, coffee shop even the viral one near the buildings.

We stayed at JSH as a family of 4 people, incl. a toddler. JSH is a great place for family. Tina paid attention to small details for her guests, e.g. in our experience, high chair and baby-friendly food utensils. Although the property is located in old apartment complex, Tina managed to upgrade her property, so it feels nice and comfortable. The property is well-facilitated, even Tina managed to assist with certain additional requests. Regarding the apartment complex, there is a swimming pool and gym available in the apartment complex. The location is relatively close to city center, so it only takes less than 15 minutes of driving to get there. There are many restaurants within radius of 5 kilometres.

kesan pertama, tempatnya nyaman jadi waktu istirahat kami sangat berkuakitas. children friendly tidak ada perabot yg menghawatirkan bayi belajar jalan (barang pecah belahnya kami pindah dlu). ada alat vakum yg siap menyedot debu2 dimanapun, ada hair dryer, setrika bahkan air purifier. perabotan lengkap, kulkas besar, masak dan hangatin mpasi gampang. kamar mandi bersih. ada alat bersih2 juga (sapu lidi, ijuk) jadi berasa lagi dirumah internet beberapa kali suka disconnect tapi krn ada gangguan di unit, its okay. terbilang sgt cocok untuk stay saat wfa sekaligus liburan. mau main ke wisata sleman jadi deket bgt. lingkungan sekitar banyak makanan, gampang cari apapun. akses ojek/car online juga gampang bisa masuk sampai lobby dan titiknya juga tersedia dgn jelas. diluar fasilitas kamar, fasilitas apartment juga oke, kolam renangnya oke, ada laundryan, resepsionis cepat dan boleh titip barang dilobby dengan aman (ada cctv). pilihan pertama saat visit jogja lagi sampai saat i

Apartemen nya di kawasan universitas, banyak tempat makan & tempat laundry di sekitar. Free parking, check in check out mudah. Host sangat responsive. Suara terdengar dari luar, namun karena kawasan apartemen agak sepi sehingga tidak berisik.

saya menginap sekeluarga dgn anak, kelengkapan yg ada di apartemen membantu kebutuhan domestik (lemari es, kompor listrik, sink, mesin cuci setrika) dan lokasi juga mudah untuk dicari. Sekitar ad pilihan aneka ragam makanan, cofee shop juga minimarket.
