Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

Приятные апартаменты, тихая обстановка, есть всё необходимое в квартире, рядом расположено море и торговый центр, большой супермаркет, много вокруг кафе и приятная часть моря где можно искупаться утром и посидеть вечером😌 имеется балкон на котором можно завтракать и просто отдыхать, хорошое жильё на долгий срок, единственный маленький минус был, что были муравьи, но этот вопрос можно решить ;)

皆さんにこのアパートをお勧めします。 LinhさんとKhanhさんの対応は素晴らしかった。予約前の質問には迅速に情報提供をくれた。 チェックインは通常セルフチェックインのようですが不安なのでお願いしたら2人で出迎えて下さり、部屋の説明をしてくれました。また滞在中のいくつかのお願いにも迅速に対応してくれた。 立地は最高で有名なドム市場のすぐそばで、近くには地元の人が通う安くておいしいレストランがたくさんあります。スーパーのロッテマートやニャチャンセンターにもゆっくり歩いて１５分程度です。 また寝室からは海が眺められ、ベランダからの眺めも最高です。 設備がまだ新しく食器や寝具類はとてもきれいでした。。 残念なのはただ一つで、曇りの日が続き最高の眺めを十分楽しめなかったことです。 今度は天気の安定している季節に来たいと思います。

We had a great 4 nights at the apartment. Check in was super easy and friendly. Communication from Hang was great. The apartment is attached to the hotel and staff here are all wonderful. Very respectful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble…..we asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately and the apartment was serviced daily). The breakfast provided was a bonus too, thanks to Hang. The views from the apartment were awesome and the location was perfect. Right across from the beach which was busy at times but very well maintained and clean, and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend.

Lage, Unterkunft und Preis geht völlig in Ordnung. Das Apartment kann gerne weiter empfohlen werden. Es ist ruhig gelegen, trotz der zentralen Lage. Als wir hier waren (Ende Dezember 2024), war das Meer sehr unruhig und stark, so daß Baden, vor der Haustür nicht möglich war. Den Pool auf dem Gelände haben wir nicht genutzt, allerdings muss dieser separat bezahlt werden. Den Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin verlief anstandslos.

My family of 4 spent 5 days at the apartment, out of our total 10 days trip in Nha Trang and our kids love this place far more than the $300-a-night Ana Mandara that we moved to afterwards. The apartment is cozy and the building is lovely. Tony was extremely attentive and resourceful. His recommendations are top-notch. Easy 5 star.

Au delà des attentes le logement était parfait ! Contrairement au autre appartements du building. L appartement de Binh est ultra moderne ! belle vue étage élevé , piscine avec vue à couper le souffle , téléviseur géant. cinéma maison , aucun problème d'eau chaude ou d'ascenseur. Très bien situé dans la ville loin du bruit d'élu centre et la plage du nord est bien plus belle et moins achalandée .Séjour de rêve à recommencer fortement ! De plus il nous a accorder mainte fois durant le séjour ! Vraiment formidable !

房东是帅气小伙，会提醒我们入住可能性遇到的问题。离海边30步路可以说就是海边别墅…我们因为同行全是女生，一直麻烦房东，但是他超有耐心：投影，煤气，热水气....建议至少入住2晚，一天珍珠岛，一天直接在海边和家里，实在是太棒了

Stayed for 5 nights and honestly was blown away. I had the best views of the ocean and the city at the same time.

We loved our stay in Hoang’s place! It’s so close to everything, has lovely amenities and was absolutely spotless! Particularly loved the view from the balcony of an evening. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a modern place in Nha Trang in a prime location!

Jun is a very helpful host. Good communicator and helped us arranged a ride back to the airport. We really appreciated his support. Overall the accommodation matched the description. It is in a good location and worth the money you pay for it

바다 전망이라 너무 좋았어요! 수영장도 10시까지 이용할 수 있어서 너무 잘 즐겼습니다. ㅎㅎ 호텔의 일부라 건물 자체랑 안내도 좋았어요. 숙소 깨끗하고 넓어서 여행 내내 너무 잘 이용하다 갑니다! 나트랑 오면 또 재방문 할 것 같아요.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment during my trip to Nha Trang! The sea view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The apartment was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. That said, I believe the interior decoration could use a little refresh to bring more energy and warmth to the space — a few colorful touches or modern upgrades would really enhance the overall experience. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing spot in Nha Trang.

Our short stay at this apartment was simply wonderful. The space is immaculately clean, airy, and spacious, with plenty of natural light and a calming sea view that made every morning feel like a fresh beginning. The beds were comfortable — supportive mattresses that gave us such good rest, which is often hard to find when traveling. Fantastic view from the balcony. Apartment is comfortable. Just right size for 2 persons. Excellent location as it is just next to Lotte Mall and many nearby restaurants. Beach is within a3 minutes walk.

I stayed at Celine’s condo for over a month and it was nothing short than perfect. The condo is on the 20th floor and is conveniently located close to many supermarkets, bars, restaurants, spas and one minute walk to the beach. The condo is clean, comfortable and welcoming but what really stands out is the view on the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The pool is great but the gym could use some improvements, some of the machines are old and not very functional. I highly recommend this property and I hope to be back in the near future. I am very satisfied with my stay. The apartment’s location is convenient and close to the city center, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the view overlooking the sea was absolutely stunning. This is definitely one of the best places to stay when you’re in Nha Trang.
