Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Niagara River

Just like someone else said - if you’re thinking of booking a room here- JUST DO IT!! My husband and I had such a wonderful stay. Elaine and Doug are the most warm, hospitable people and their B&B is beyond cozy. Having fresh morning coffee on the porch in rocking chairs was the breath of fresh air we needed!! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, down to the last drop of orange juice. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but will absolutely stay again if we’re in the area.

The location was convenient to the venue we attended. Rachel is very accommodating and quick to communicate. We had everything we needed.

Nicky was absolutely wonderful! She exemplifies professionalism and hospitality perfectly—running her place like an upscale hotel and going above and beyond to ensure her guests are comfortable. She thoughtfully accommodates food needs and is a fantastic cook. The cleanliness of the space is exceptional, with meticulous procedures in place to keep everyone safe and comfortable. Staying with Nicky felt like visiting with a caring mom—warm, welcoming, and truly special. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

I went to this True B&B because the reviews were so very positive. I expected a lovely charming home and a great sleep and a wonderful breakfast. I expected a lovely host, and to feel welcome and at home. Even my high expectations were surpassed. Read the reviews to understand what a gem this is. Excellent value. Don’t expect to be hungry for lunch if Theresa feeds you breakfast unless you eat before 7:00 am!!!

This is the third time we have stayed with Carla and we love how she cares so much about all of the little details of her B&B. Carla is very welcoming and is a lovely person to know. The surrounding nature is absolutely beautiful and we had a restful sleep. I would recommend staying with Carla if you are passing through Jordan Station.

We had such a great experience. The house is beautiful, inside and out. Amazing gardens surround the pool (which was always at the perfect temperature) and the steam shower was a great way to finish a day of being out and about. The location is centrally located to whatever you want to do (restaurants, wineries, hiking, sight seeing etc). Brian and Jan truly try to meet all your needs, going above and beyond what you typically might expect from a B&B. They have thought of every small detail. And of course, the breakfasts - all homemade - were amazing and something we looked forward to each morning. We are already talking of when we can return!

Staying with Eileen is like visiting a close relative...she treated us just like family and often wanted to know if she could do something else for us. The room was charming and came with a delightful breakfast each night that we stayed...ohhh the scones! The room that we had was in the lower level and had large windows. Eileen lives upstairs and was super quiet. It is not an old victorian home, like you might expect, but it was clean and charming all the same. Location is so convenient and compared to all the other overpriced Niagara-on-the-lake options... this one, I would stay in again. Thanks Eileen!

this is the sixth time we have stayed here! I can't express the pure joy, fun, beautiful atmosphere, and very conducive to a relaxing, peaceful scenic stay. we come every year for the Buffalo Bills game. Bills game. it's only 10 minutes away and sometimes we will come in the summer. also 10 minutes away is Niagara falls. so beautiful and we just absolutely adore. Tracy, not only is she the best host, but she is kind. interested in everything and changes everything for the holidays and seasons from food to decor. I promise you will absolutely love this place. please give it a try!

Beautiful and peaceful bnb located amongst the vineyards, close to everything . My husband and I were given the suite and it was humongous to say the least. The house is gorgeous and Diane had suggestions and even gave us coupons for wineries around the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be during our stay in Niagara!

Lynnee was an excellent host. I highly recommend staying at Clonmel Castle. She goes out of her way to ensure a great experience for all her guests. From the complimentary charcuterie to a delectable bottle of wine, ‘Grandma’ Lynnee fosters a wonderful atmosphere that really does make you feel at home. She’s just missing the kilt!

Beautiful space, more like staying at a lodge. David was very welcoming and friendly.

This place is in a superb location for the falls. 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill area, we never used the car in 3 days but did use the wego bus service to explore. Alice met us on arrival and explained everything to us. Breakfast was varied slightly every morning and they supplied gluten free bread and catered for allergies that we had informed them about and checked with us. Good free parking spaces. We really enjoyed our time there.

Marianna's place was beautiful, clean, and cute! It's a short drive from downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake and it's located next to some gorgeous wineries! Marianna was also a wonderful host, she was so considerate and provided great recommendations during our stay. I highly recommend staying here, totally worth the price!

We had the pleasure of staying with Ruth Ann and her husband Wayne for one night during a pickleball tournament in Cobourg. Their home is just minutes from the park where the tournament was held, making it incredibly convenient. From the moment we arrived, both Ruth Ann and Wayne were incredibly friendly and welciming. They showed us to our private sleeping quarters and gave us access to the entire loft, which included a spotless private bathroom and a cozy living room. Ruth Ann's eye for decorating is truly admirable, and Wayne's beautifully maintained garden adds a special touch to the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. We only wish we could have stayed for Ruth Ann's breakfast the next morning - but unfortunately, our 8 a.m. pickleball game called us away early. Highly recommended!!!!

Geoff and Gina were the kindest, friendliest hosts and their property is a beautiful, idyllic retreat in the heart of ON's wine region. This is the perfect place to stay for foodie and wine enthusiasts since it's so close to all the gems in the area! It's been an annual tradition for us to attend the Jim Cuddy Band's concert at Tawse, conveniently 7 min drive from the house. Communication was incredibly thorough and friendly leading up to and during our stay. Such a delight to arrive and be greeted by their sweet pup, Mabel, who was big smiles, happy tails and best vibes all round! :) The suites were crystal clean, with premium comfortable bedding and beautifully appointed amenities! We sincerely appreciate the thoughtful welcome wine & cheese which were enjoyed on the beautiful outdoor terrace! Breakfast was incredible and delicious - thank you! We loved our experience and looking forward to staying again! Truly the best!! Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! :)

We absolutely loved our time at the Bed 'n Breakfast. We were able to check in early. Gave a tour of the property. The Serenity Room was clean and comfortable, with an in-room jetted tub. Diane had a pre-selected prepared meal made for us. All fresh and made from scratch! Good people and highly recommend this property!

Kristi has a very cozy set up and was easy to work with. She was responsive over the phone and the check in and check out was a breeze. I would stay again.

Christopher is a great host — respectful, professional, and genuinely cares that his guests enjoy their stay. From the beginning, communication with Christopher was easy and helpful — he was always quick to respond and made sure everything was smooth for check-in and throughout the stay. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed. Christopher was a thoughtful host—he even left us some breakfast items like cereal, cookies, juice, and milk, which was a lovely touch. One small issue we experienced was with the shower — the hot water was a bit tricky to regulate, and it took some time to find the right temperature. Hopefully, this can be improved for future guests.

We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful and the house is set quite a distance from the main road so it was very peaceful. The room was as seen in the pictures. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and we slept as well as we do at home. It's a very large space with windows on three sides. We were able to enjoy the sunrise from one window and the sunset from another. The light breakfast was a nice start to each day and included an egg from their free-range chickens. Our son especially loved exploring the property.

Mandy was very gracious and made sure we were very comfortable in our beautiful upstairs suite. We feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to get to know Mandy in our short visit and spend time in the garden surrounded by nature, it was very tranquil and relaxing.

Winnie’s place is walkable to the falls, even for a couple oldsters. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The en-suite bath was marginal. The breakfast was a pleasant bonus, especially with the great price.

Trang was a great host, easy to communicate with and there was always help and a solution to anything that may need it. She gave great local recommendations and the house was very easy to commute from into down town, as-well as yorkdale mall with all the designer you can think of.

I highly recommend Ellie’s B&B — it was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! One detail I especially appreciated was that although the room showed two beds, Ellie kindly offered to move them together to create one king-size bed, which was perfect. There were thoughtful extras in the bathroom in case we forgot anything, and the mini fridge was stocked with soft drinks and water. A coffee machine was also available to enjoy at any time, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was generous and absolutely delicious. Ellie truly thought of every little detail to make us feel at home. The location was ideal — just a short walk to town or a quick drive, with so much to see and do in a beautiful neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning, this time with friends!
