We offer 60 courtesy kilowatt hours per night of rental. We capture the starting point upon check in and calculate the amount used during stay. It has an independent entrance, a large private kitchen, a separate living room and the bedroom on the mezzanine.

The apartment is characterized by its 48m²/516ft² rooftop terrace and 36m²/387ft² hardwood deck with magnificent views of the San Juan Bay. It is part of a small rustic resort, Cabañas Lobotepe, situated on a 1 acre hill, 2 blocks from the beach and a 7 minute walk from the center of town. It has 2 bedrooms and there are 2 sleeping couches, 1 in the living room and 1 on the deck. Additionally there are 2 hammocks. From the entrance it's a 50m walk on a slightly ascending path with 20 steps.
