Nice apartment with quality appliances. It had everything that I needed for a two week stay. Would return the next time I’m in Nicosia.

This house in Nicosia's old city is a treasure! An authentic Ottoman home updated for modern living with beautiful taste and an intriguing design. A large family or group of travelers would be very comfortable: two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a powder room, multiple levels, a huge kitchen and cozy living room, a quiet, breezy balcony, and a spacious courtyard. The high ceilings and windows in every room give a spacious, bright feel to the whole place. My 10-year-old especially loved the loft. Maybe the best part of this house is the neighborhood where it's located. It's remarkably quiet despite its centrality, full of art galleries and studios, great little cafes and restaurants, churches and mosques, gorgeous flowers blooming. A short 10-minute walk to Ledra Street, where you can shop or cross to the north. Sara and Irena were friendly and very responsive, immediately addressing my questions. Can't wait to go back! Thanks to the hosts.

The property was perfect for our needs, my wife stayed whilst attending an IVF clinic and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay. Thank you Ipek and thank you for your help, and allowing us to check out a little later than expected.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment in Nicosia, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless – the check-in process was smooth, the apartment was spotless, and every detail had been thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The space itself is modern, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped with everything you could need. The living area is cozy yet spacious, the kitchen has all the essentials for home-cooked meals, and the bedroom is a perfect retreat with a comfortable bed and high-quality linens. The WiFi was fast and reliable, making it great for both work and leisure. The location is unbeatable! Situated in a vibrant yet peaceful neighborhood, it offers easy access to the city. Public transport is nearby, but even walking around the area was a delight. One of the highlights was the host’s hospitality always available, incredibly helpful, and eager to ensure a wonderful stay.

The accommodation matches the pictures and description, the pool is also very nice and clean. Communication with Richard was great and fast. The facility is a bit difficult to find.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully kept apartment. Everything was clean, the place had a lovely scent, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall it felt cozy and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Michalis was an extremely helpful host. He provided us with plenty of additional furniture for our 7 month old while also being extremely responsive when the WiFi stopped working. Great host and great apartment.

It was the second time we stay at Ion's house and the experience was as perfect as our first visit . We will definitely visit again !!!

The location of the apartment is good. Accessible, close to anything you may need. Very easy to find and exactly like in the pictures. Good utilities and good quality. It’s modern, very comfortable and clean. Our stay went smoothly without any difficulties because the apartment had everything we needed.

I usually do not leave a review however in regards to the studio I would like to greatly thank the host for making it a perfect place . It was extremely clean and it felt like home. The studio had all the necessary utensils and was very spacious! And most importantly, it was outstandingly comfortable the sheets were very comfortable! The host is very kind and quick in responding to any needs. Additionally, the host was clear in as to how to enter the studio and had all the information needed for the stay framed on the desk! Finally, the host was kind to have 3 drinks in the fridge that are complementary! Extremely happy with the stay! It is much recommended!

Stunning apartment in a residential area of Nicosia, free of clutter, spotlness, modern and well laid out. Has everything that one needs for a short or even longer stay. Private parking, flexible self check in through the use of a key box, and easy to locate. My communication with Felicia was excellent with clear instructions, quick responses, and a very proactive approach in terms of making herself available for any assistance needed. Would recommend unreservedly.

This place is great and in an area that is more untouched and local. The owner is a great host and always response to questions. There is multiple pools available and a small gym which is great and a nice walking spot by the beach. This is our second time here and we will continue to come back !

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

The house was quite comfortable and clean, we did not encounter any problems, the kitchen utensils were clean and quite sufficient. The host was also very caring and answered all our questions quickly. You can stay comfortably.
