Quiet residential area, easy walking to the Royal Infirmary. Bus stop to the city centre, festival venues and airport are only two minutes walk from our home. 30 mins to city centre and an hour to airport. Easy reach of the bypass with free parking on street. The Chinese themed bedroom has a standard double bed with wardrobe. Kitchen/diner and bathroom are shared with my husband and I. Please read the house rules before booking. You are at other people's home please treat with care and respect!

(Around 15-20 mins on bus), the flat is fully furnished with style and is in a very quite residential area with great links into the city centre. The flat is situated in an excellent location with many historic areas close by, the city centre, Leith, Portobello, Arthur's seat and has connections to Musselburgh and east Lothian and the city bypass. The bus stop is a stone throw away with one of the best bus services in Europe!

I've had a lovely stay at Andy's. He is nice and respectful, happy to chat when you want, happy to leave you to yourself if you prefer. Locationwise it was ideally situated for getting to the city centre in about 30 min. Supermarket nearby at 15 min walking distance. Room is sunny and spacious, plenty of closet space. Bed was soft for my back and had plenty of cushions. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay. Andy is a great host, and I will defenitely book with him again if there is availability.
