Gitschenen is a year-round inhabited alpine village at 1530 meters above sea level and belongs to the municipality of Isenthal. Isenthal has everything to offer, from the Urirotstock glacier to the beach on the clear Urnersee. Many kilometers of hiking trails invite you to hike and immerse yourself in nature.

From the charming villa from 1859 in the heart of Sarnen, it is only a few steps to the train station, the popular shops and restaurants from the main town of the canton of Obwalden. The villa is located on a hill, right next to the Witch Tower built in 1285, with beautiful views of the river and the magnificent mountains all around. You will have a single room, if desired with a sink, access to a private bathroom and breakfast for a maximum of 2 people.
