Apartment holiday rentals in Nightcliff

Was up for work for a week and a few days holidays tagged on the end. A great place to stay, felt safe, secure. Berta was great with communication. Greeted with a few snacks in the room on arrival, free secure parking, balcony with water views as per the pics, free internet and netflix , washing machine with laundry detergent. Everything was comfortable in the unit and it was easy walk to the supermarket, many cafes, restaurants, bars. Pool was nice. Sure, if you are really fussy you can find issues with anything, but I will be checking availability next time I am heading to Darwin as I thought the place was great.

This little place was perfect for me. I needed to attend training at Harry’s Place, I was able to use one of the bikes to commute there and to the beach in the afternoon. It was private and great value. Would recommend for anyone needing to be in this vicinity

A small but very functional apartment, with everything you need. Easy to find, access and live in. Close to cafes, food vans and Nightcliff pool; foreshore walking track and beautiful beach just a block away.

Fantastic Place to stay, dont hesitate to book the great apartment. It was clean and everything was supplied to make my stay very comfortable.

A spotlessly clean and perfectly spacious 1 bedroom apartment with everything you could possibly want! Views of the port and sitting above a selection of restaurants and water activities its still only a short walk into town. I was there for work but think it would be a great place to stay for a holiday! Maria was lovely to deal with across the board and highly recommend. Great place. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location on the Esplanade. We could walk to what we wanted to see. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within 5 mins walk. CBD 1 street away. The unit itself has a separate bedroom, very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom, well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge room. Large deck off the lounge room. Nice communal pool area. The unit was spotless, Matthew responded quickly to messages. Instructions easy to follow. Highly recommend for anyone wanting accommodation in Darwin CBD.

Although the apartment/unit is simply furnished & in an older building it was very clean and comfortable and certainly spacious enough for two people. The kitchen was well stocked & Anton responded to my queries quickly. The location is fantastic, right on the Nightcliff foreshore which is a lovely place to hang out and has great sea views, walks, food vans etc.

The place is fabulous - quiet peaceful location, great facilities and wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The unit is neat, tidy and well equipped and the garden and pool are an excellent additional inclusion. There’s also a great pub around the corner, shops a short drive away and it’s handy to airport and Darwin CBD. Was perfect for my extended stay and have everything I could need. Do yourself a favour and make sure to stay here

The room was very neat and tidy with a nice enough view. Bathroom was small but meticulously setup. I had a good stay, no complaints and would stay there again

This place was in a perfect location, walking distance to the foreshore, cafes and swimming pool. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the listed amenities. Jolyon was extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend staying here!

First time in Darwin and glad we chose Richard’s apartment overlooking the marina at Cullen Bay. Very peaceful area, great restaurants and cafes all with amazing views of the ocean or marina all within close walking distance. 10 minute walk to Mindil Beach markets and the Casino. There are free buses to the city but we took Ubers - approx $12 and 7 minute ride. The apartment was clean and well furnished and the balcony overlooking the marina with views to the ocean was gorgeous. We are a couple and it was spacious for the two of us. Richard is a great host, clear and prompt comms, friendly and proactive. We would definitely stay again and recommend it.

This property is in a good location accross from the beach. In walkable distance to the pub (great meals) and cafe. Host was very helpful and replied to messages quickly. Everything you need for a self contained stay. Only 10 minutes from the airport. I recommend this property for your stay in Darwin.

Shelley’s place is very comfortable and the pool is amazing. It was the perfect base for our family holiday.

We had the nicest stay at Lorraine’s place! A perfect location while in Darwin, easily walkable to a number of good restaurants and a beautiful beach. Also very easy to call an Uber to get around Darwin, it never took more than 4 minutes for a car to arrive. Lorraine was very responsive in communicating with us, extremely friendly and offered helpful suggestions. She actually lives in the unit next door so is available at a moment’s notice, if needed. And an extremely nice touch was the fridge stocked with basics and lovely snacks, which was very much appreciated. There are also food items available for purchase in the general reception area of the apartment complex, which we found to be very handy.

Helen's place is really well located, a short walk from Cullen Bay. Had a really nice stay - will be better when the pool and building renovations are completed and parking is once again available, but the overall affect of the building renovations on my stay wasn't too bad.

Awesome apartment to stay for the week. Amazing precinct where everything is easily accessible. Very clean apartment with amazing views. Sunsets can take your breath away. Isabella was great to deal with and very easy to correspond with. Will we be back? YES! YES! YES!

Excellent location- central to Darwin city with everything in walking distance. Close enough to everything and far enough away that we weren’t bothered by late night partying. The view from the balcony was divine- city scape and stunning sunsets. Watching the boats coming and going. Caught the breeze beautifully. The apartment was clean and included everything we needed. Eli was communicative and provided clear instructions around check in/out, etc. If you’re visiting Darwin and are without a car- I highly recommend this apartment.

Loved our 2 week stay! Very toddler-friendly with a safe balcony, pram, high chair, pool noodles, books and kid-friendly plates/bowls/cutlery. Plenty of room for a family of 3. Location was perfect - away from the noise but a quick walk to all the action. Photos very accurate. Place was spotless. Instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. 2x allocated underground carparks were very secure. Lots of cleaning supplies, tea, coffee pods, nespresso pod machine, toiletries, extra bedding, and even a number of large umbrellas that were so handy during the wet season! Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!
