Waterfront holiday rentals in Nile

Everything was perfect. Bashar provided all information needed for arrival and check-in. He recommended good Restaurants and bars, supermarkets , Taxi-and Tuktuk services - all very useful and to our full satisfaction. The Mangroovy Residence is wonderful with the awesome pool and distance to beach and bar. El Gouna is a beautiful place for relaxing holidays and we will definitely rent again Bashar’s place when we come back to Sandbox Festival. Man, woman opens the door to the apartment and you really are in paradise. A very nice and spacious terrace with top facilities and views. Everything is very cozy inside. Fish market with great fresh fish just around the corner. Dear Eckart, the communication with you was excellent! Hurghada only with you. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed in this duplex apartment for a week, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey vibe. You can tell there’s a lot of care and attention to detail. It really felt like home from the moment we walked in. Hind was amazing to communicate with and always quick to reply and super helpful with tips about the area, which made everything so much easier for us. The location is great too and close to shops, cafes, and everything you might need, but still nice and quiet when you just want to relax. If you’re lucky enough to get a chance to stay here, take it! This place easily deserves 7 stars. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

A residence that matches the advertisement, a safe and quiet location overlooking the Nile, close to restaurants and shops, the treatment of the administrators of the residence is wonderful and quick response in the event of observations, I was happy to stay and I want to repeat the experience.

It was really nice place to stay at and amazing view, the host was very responsive. all I needed was already in the apartment. The only struggle was to find the apartment it needs more clear instructions. Otherwise all was great

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean, with a beautiful view of the sea and the golf course. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — you can cook your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or take a short ride by golf cart or a walk to nearby hotels and restaurants. The host was very friendly, always helpful, and quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Gubran offered a nice stay! We could walk out of the building and get onto the beach within minutes. All the amenities listed were provided which was great considering the washer machine! We did air dry our clothes but that’s okay as the heat and breeze dried everything within 30 minutes!! It was the perfect amount of space for the 2 of us. Just an uber ride away from the Marina and a lot of good restaurants and activities! Gubran was very responsive and always available with any questions I had!! Great stay!! Thank you Gubran !

Walid was a great host, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. He was always available if I needed anything, but otherwise left to be at home - welcomed after a day exploring! The place was exactly what I expected, located on the West Bank, a very short walk from the public ferry. It offered some peace from intensity of the city. The secluded garden was a special place to start and finish days, feeling immersed in a more authentic Egyptian experience than I would get anywhere else. The Egyptian and Moroccan architecture makes for a fantastic experience, with domed ceilings and arches built into all the rooms, and some quite special bathrooms (I had a tour). My room was spacious, had plenty of places to spread out my things and all the modern features needed (AC, fridge, hot water, power sockets). Walid and his family have clearly put passion, energy and creativity into building this place and I really wish Walid success with future plans, which I hope to return and see.

Unfortunately we had a massive car crash on our way to its apartment (do not use a car in egypt even with a driver) however he was very helpful and had a super communication ! he is very helpful, and i imagine that his place is very nice !

The place was clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfect. Yousi was an amazing, responsive, and helpful host. Despite the different time zones, she always made sure that everything was working perfectly and that we were enjoying our stay.

Here's my advice. If you're not going to rent a car, be sure to agree with the host about a driver. It will be a comfortable and safe journey. The host will also help with making safari. The house is clean and in order to meet the requirements. The pool is clean, the rooms have air conditioning. Everything was nice, recommended.

Mahmoud is super friendly, responsive and super supportive. We loved staying there, the house was exquisite and the location is superb. Loved waking up every morning to an amazing view and the house is located so close to everything. Overall, our stay was amazing!

Hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed in with my family! Mostafa is one of the most helpful hosts I’ve met on Airbnb, The chalet is very clean, modern and spot on. This is one of the few airbnb that i will return and recommend to family and friends without hesitation. The place has such an amazing view, great location, beautiful interior and the hosts are awesome. Just book the place and you will not regret it, i promise you.

The place was exactly like the pictures and george was so responsive to any queries we had. We felt so safe staying there as 3 girls. It was so clean and it had a view of the pool and lagoon! Definitely recommend:)

This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! It was even better than advertised. Suhaib, who helped us with check-in, was an absolute delight — friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. He provided us with TukTuk contacts, allowed us an early check-in without any extra charge, and immediately sent someone to fix a minor bathroom issue when it arose. On our checkout day, he even let us return after a beach trip to shower, which was so thoughtful. The terrace was a highlight — huge, beautiful, and perfect for late-night chats and drinks. Compared to other places we’ve stayed at in Gouna, this Airbnb was far more equipped: tons of condiments in the kitchen, a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, plenty of towels, and extra pillows. Everything was spotless when we arrived, even with the early check-in. Mohsen and Suhaib truly went above and beyond, even working hard to get us our QR codes on very short notice. My friends and I would absolutely love to stay here again.

Nice week stay at Roberta's place. It's better (bigger) than the photos; very clean & comfy. Good bed w/strong AC, many ceiling fans, huge bathrm w/hot water, clothes washer, lovely secure front garden area. Location is super - just 30 seconds from the Nile & promenade. (Airbnb map location is NOT quite accurate; ask Mohammed for correct map details.) A full grocery is right on the corner, restaurants very close, village center 5 minutes walk (I walked to Colossi of Memnon one morn: 30 minutes). Crossing the river costs 50 eyp per person in the small private boats that are constantly offered - very easy. (Note: the public ferry (10 pounds) is 5 minutes walk - but the EAST side start point is moved further north past Luxor Temple. We never used it. Private boats saved much time & hot walks.) Best of all is Mohammed the 'caretaker'. Very helpful, honest & knowledgeable. He arranged private cars/drivers, balloon ride, can help you with anything. Good values. We'll stay here again. 😀

We had a great time! Mohamad was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful, the flat is perfect, very spacious and clutter free and Mangroovy had a great beach, beautiful pool and was a walkable distance to the marina which had lots of great restaurants!!

Great host! Nice spacious apartment. The pictures make the place look small but it’s actually quite spacious and the bathroom is huge. I enjoyed my stay Mo helped me by booking a few tours also transportation to Aswan. The driver he provided is very nice and is super knowledgeable of the land. Restaurants are within walking distance I highly recommend Nile Freedom the owner is super chill and the food is 10/10! Would definitely book with Mo again.
