Very nice apartment. Brand new, beautiful, clean and comfortable. If you could give 6 stars, I would. At this price, a very nice apartment. There was even a nice tea set inside. The host responds quickly and helps check in. The only disadvantage is that the location is far away, so expect that you will have to take a taxi to the sights about 20 minutes for 10 dollars. There will be no cafes or shops nearby. But the apartment itself exceeds all expectations

A cosy place in Ninh Binh. There is a market/small shops nearby. The place is really nicely equipped. Despite located on a busy street, the bedroom is in the back and quiet. Host is responsive and accommodating.

I had an amazing time at this villa! Upon arrival, I was amazed by the charm of the spacious, quiet, super well decorated place, it immediately felt good. Everything was fine, nothing was missing. And most importantly, the host was great: super responsive, nice, attentive... we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Honestly, it was a perfect break. Such a perfect stay from start to finish! The host was super friendly, waited for us to arrive and helped us with our stuff to the room. Located right in the edge of Tam Cốc, close enough to access the centre, but far enough so you are surrounded by nature. Just a few steps down the road, you are greeted with their gorgeous limestone mountains. The host was able to help find motorbikes for us, But cycles are able to be rented for free too. The place also came with free breakfast, which was a great touch and a great way to start the day. The grounds keeping ladies were adorable, and they offer room cleaning too. Overall, such a great stay, we spent a total of 6 days but wish we could stay for more. A great place to explore Ninh Bình.

We arrived very early via a night bus and despite the fact that the Check in was that from 2pm we were able to leave our belongings from 11am in our room, and in the meantime we were able to have breakfast. The hostesses speak English well, which made it easier for us to connect, our room was clean and had a private bathroom, possibility to rent bicycles by the day. Very good value accommodation, well located and quiet. The little extra: one bottle of fresh water offered per person when you leave

Thanh and his wife host a fantastic homestay! Thanh is a super fast person to get in touch with, and offers various recommendations for the local area. He can also arrange bus tickets to pick you up from the place as well. The place is very clean, AC is great, and the WiFi is also fast. Side note, can’t tell from the photos but the rooms also come with a mini fridge and large plug-in fan. All in all, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in Ninh Binh.
