Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Nishitama District, Tokyo

Very beautiful traditional Japanese house! Had a lovely BBQ in the garden with my family. The price was reasonable for how much space you can get. Only the surveillance camera in the garden was a bit sudden and made me feel uncomfortable but it’s understandable (I guess it is to avoid noise complaints etc.) I definitely would recommend this place! 😊

Yuki's place was awesome. everything was nice and clean. The place worked great for 6 people. We will definitely be back

We had a great stay at Akira’s place. We were a group of 8 people with 5 adults and 3 kids (10 and under). The house comfortably fit all of us and felt like home — Akira had everything we needed. Loved the residential neighbourhood- gave you a sense of how most people lived - and a restful reprieve after visiting the hustle and bustle of the major city areas. I would mention that if you have a large taxi/transport, it may be difficult to get right to the house as the roadways are very narrow (typical for residential areas). Two laundry places and vending machines right by the house (so convenient)! Walkable to train stations. Look forward to coming back!

Riku and Mari are the most gracious hosts! They provided the perfect place for our first Japan experience. Located just a few steps from several bus stops, we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go very easily, and Riku was very responsive with any questions we had. They also provide three bicycles so we were able to get out and see so many different areas of Fuchu. The property is spacious and allowed all three of us to sleep comfortably and not feel crowded at all. We hope to return and will definitely stay with Riku and Mari again!

It was a very cozy home for a large group. We were 7 men and we all felt very comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant/bar downstairs which is owned by the host. Would recommend any large groups looking for a nice home near Shibuya to book here

The home overlooked Mt. Fuji, and we were within walking distance of Lake Kawaguchiko. We were a block away from the main station for train, bus, and taxi; so getting around was quite easy. The restaurants in the area were superb, and all of our dining experiences were top-notch. I highly recommend the Beef Cutlet House, the Zoo, Torriko BBQ, and roaming around the lake for any food stalls. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a solid home base for their Mt. Fuji vacation. The Kotatsu was an excellent added bonus.

Good place , near Haneda , on JY and JK Line by Chidorico train . Chieko was really Nice sadly I dont get Time to meet :( .

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home. We had a very nice time there and it was much cheaper than a hotel for our family of six! It had everything we needed and more. Max was very helpful to answer any questions and was very responsive. There were plenty of plates and pans to cook ourselves a nice pancake breakfast, and lots of hangers for our clothing. Shampoo and conditioner made it very convenient, and we enjoyed walking on the beautiful trail right along the Akigawa River 5-10 minutes from the house with beautiful scenery and farms.

It is an old building, but the water, bedding, etc. were clean, easy to use, and I had a comfortable stay. I arrived at night, but thanks to the lights on, I was able to enter the museum without worrying. All users were the first time using the airbies, but I'd love to stay again. The children enjoyed exploring the old houses.

The house I stayed in was clean and in a place where I could feel the nature. The convenience store was also within walking distance, which was a good place.

My second time here. Always a pleasure. The host and place are both awesome. This time I did a mistake with my reservation, but the host and stuff helped me when I arrived so I enjoyed every single minute. Hope to come back soon!

I have used this before, but the staff is very responsive, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the station is relatively close, so it is very convenient! Some people may be concerned about the sound of the train because the tracks are close, but the last train is early and the first train is late, so I think it may affect the sleep time. If you want additional deodorant spray, cleaning tools, cooking utensils, etc., there is also a 100 yen uniform shop nearby, so it is one of the convenient things to be equipped with cheap and moderate items! (Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the example🙇‍♀️)

They also responded flexibly to changes in check-in time, and it was helpful to explain everything from guiding the building to heating. It was a little cold in the winter, but the indoor atmosphere such as the fireplace and fireplace was nice and I enjoyed it. Thank you!

This is my second time staying at max’s property. I really like all the amenities. I had my own bathroom, kitchen, and big bed. The rooms are very cozy and clean. Any concerns were answered promptly. Highly recommend staying here for a peace of mind. I’m happy to have discovered and explore the beautiful the area. Thank you for allowing me to check in late.. Great place to stay in Tokyo

We were a party of 3 looking for an apartment with 2 separate bathrooms (toilets) which is hard to find when you only need 2 bedrooms. We needed privacy but still have a place to be together. This fit the bill exactly. The apartment is a detached house with 3 floors, in a quiet area a few minutes walk from Ikeburu station . The top and bottom floors have bedrooms and toilets while the middle floor has the kitchen, living/ dining area, shower and laundry. The stairs are steep, so that might be a problem for some people. The kitchen has all the basics, but we only needed it for our morning coffee, as there are lots of places to buy food and eat in the area. Unfortunately, there were only 2 coffee cups when we were there, which I understand has been remedied. The couches in the living/dining area were basic but not super comfy. All in all, it made a good base from which to see Tokyo. I would recommend this apartment to people who want both privacy and a communal area.

The apartment was conveniently located to many restaurants and attractions. It is easy to find and the host provided amenities to make your stay more comfortable. I highly recommend it to others.

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

This was the perfect place for our Tokyo visit! It is in a peaceful neighborhood, about 12 minutes from train station. The place was very comfortable for our family of 5. Enjoy was a great host, very accommodating and quick to answer all our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people.
