Kichijoji has a high concentration of restaurants such as ramen, gyoza, tempura, tonkatsu, izakaya, JazzBar, and more restaurants than you can visit. You can relax in a Japanese house and park and enjoy the city at the same time!

新築のアパートのお部屋で、家具家電も全て新品です。 一階にあるためスーツケースがあっても出入りが楽です。 完全個室。 Wi-Fi完備。 出張用にもお勧め。 キッチンあり、自炊もできます、徒歩数分に大型スーパーあり。 （調味料等は備えておりません）お部屋はすべてゲストの方の空間となっております。 裏手には簡易的なテラスもありご利用できます。 ベンチ等はありません。 （隣は一般住宅なのでお静かにご利用ください）（１時間に２本、30分に１本走ってます）・部屋には予約時の人数分のタオルのみご用意しております。 ・ご予約時にご登録いただいてない方の宿泊は禁じられています。 ・部屋に入る前に玄関で靴を脱いでください。 （土足でいた期間、入った人数によって清掃費用、消毒費用が発生します）・調理した後、油はキッチンの排水口に絶対流さないでください。 （詰まり防止のため排水管の高圧洗浄が必要になります）・お部屋の備品は持ち出さないでください。 ・夜9時以降は静かにしてください。 両隣は一般住宅で社会人の単身者が居住しているためご協力お願いします。
