João was always very helpful and clear in all instructions. The loft is in a good location with a good selection of restaurants, pharmacies and bakeries, as well as proximity to the Travessa Bookstore. For those who need to go to UFF, the walk is easy and takes about 35 minutes. The loft is also very close to the waterfront.

Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and with a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. The space is very cozy, the room is huge, everything was very clean, the condominium is the best in the region and Denis was helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay, I will return soon.

We loved the apartment. It was neatly tidy, new pillows. Everything very clean and fragrant. The place is very quiet. The first day we had to work and wi-fi worked great for meetings. Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

Alicia's house is a delight. The location couldn't be better - in front of the beautiful Camboinhas beach. You can get from the house to the beach in 2 minutes on foot, practically on the sand. The house is very cozy, it has books, games, art, we felt at home from the first moment. Nicaea welcomed us very well and we had great communication with her. Livia was also always very helpful. We'll be back for sure.

Raquel was perfect from start to finish.It was difficult to leave the house... Wonderful house, the helper she in dicou was very kind and made amazing cakes! The C ASA has all the convenience so much that it is difficult to get out of it even to go to the beach! The leisure area is very complete and cozy, there is still a gym inside the house and sauna! We love it!
