Enjoy a beautiful private space in a free roaming big 5 game reserve an hour away from OR Tambo Airport and 30 minutes away from Pretoria. Chill in the hot tub or the pool. View game from the deck. Stargaze around the fire in the boma or go for a gamedrive - guided on an open game viewer or alone on the self drive route. Bring your work if you must. We have fast internet and Netflix. Pizza oven, wood Braai, Weber or gas grill for the cook. Solar backup. There is also a separate cabin available.

Balteagh Trout and Eco Farm sits in the Mpumalanga highlands above Dullstroom, South Africa's premier fly fishing destination. Waterfall View South is one of four private villas on the farm, above its own waterfall with fly fishing access to six stocked trout dams and the property's live river, included with your stay. Soak in a hand-built stone hot tub above the waterfall. Three en-suite bedrooms, sleeps 8. No shared facilities. When this villa is available, it rarely stays that way.

Stonechat House - 847 @ Highland Gate

Located on the magnificent Highland Gate Golf and Trout Estate near Dullstroom, this luxury home features 4 twin bedrooms en-suite, an indoor braai, gas hob, and battery inverter that can last 3 to 4 days. Complimentary coffee and tea, charcoal, braai wood and firelighters is provided. Pool table, table tennis and dart board available in the garage. VCH-847 is rented as a complete house, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests for a minimum stay of 2 nights over weekends.

Bakoni Forest Lodge is set amongst several of Heybrook’s numerous circular ruins . The lodge nestles on the banks of the Paschner stream, itself enveloped in indigenous riverine forest. The open plan lodge opens out entirely to the expansive outdoor areas & occupies some 270 m². Close by, but importantly separated, deep under the forest canopy, is a well-equipped boma area. The well-appointed bedrooms are strategically scattered a short distance from the lodge.

Only 2 ½ hours drive from Johannesburg and ideally located as a stopover en route to the Kruger National Park. PLEASE NOTE: The Trout and Butterfly is rented as a complete house, therefore, there is a minimum 2 night 4 Guest requirement. Additional guests charged Pro Rata.
