In the popular district of Gourmalon, close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso (partner rates for my guests😁), the Source beach and the magnificent Chemin des Douaniers. Ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything!

Very nice apartment ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Faces the sea with large balcony facing southwest. Second floor without elevator access. Equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need. A very nice bathroom with Italian shower. For the sleeping area, I chose a high-end sofa bed that ensures a comfortable bed and a very comfortable double bed in the sleeping area. Direct beach access without roads to cross. Close to the nautical base, thalassotherapy, golf.

Its location is ideal, you can do everything on foot and go to the main shops, bakery, supermarket but also the boutiques, the many restaurants, the historic center as well as the Ria park, the seaside with its coves all different and atypical.
