The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful area. Within walking distance is a piadineria with bar, a Coop supermarket, and a fruit and vegetable shop. The center, with all other services (pharmacy, bank, shops of various kinds) is about 200 meters away. Guests can use the terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and umbrella. There is an uncovered car park and the possibility of using a garage for the storage of bicycles.
