Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Wake up in the last century at the Marthahoeve!

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of three bed cities! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have a private entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is possible for 13 euros pp. Please note : the bed cities are smaller than a double bed . The 2 bed cities in the room are 200x115 and the bedstee in the kitchen is 190x120

Let op: verhuur alleen aan gezinnen en rustige gezelschappen! Dit is niet de plek voor een jongeren vakantie met veel alcohol. ❗️

The chalet is located on the beautifully surrounded holiday park “Veste het goudmeer Fochteloërveen” between the Drents-Friese Wold, Appelscha and Fochteloërveen. The chalet is fully furnished, stands on a spacious plot on the edge of the park. That makes everything that it is a quiet place and has almost no trouble from the neighbors. There is also a  parking space for the chalet.

The park has a lake suitable for swimming.

Next to our monumental farm on the yard, this small accommodation is easy and not too expensive to stay in. Plumbing and a common area are located on the farm. The yard is adjacent to the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can enjoy shopping and in the evening have a choice of several restaurants. The city of Groningen is by car 15 min away/bike 1 hour and by public transport 20 min.

Enjoy everything the area has to offer in terms of nature, wellness, towns and villages, but above all from the veranda that is present at the chalet. Lovely sitting in the lounge corner! The Kijkhut in the heart of the north!

Wellkom in the Kijkhut that is centrally located in the north of the Netherlands. The viewing cabin is 15 minutes from Groningen. The Westerkwartier is characterized by the beautiful scenic landscape. The provinces of Drenthe and Friesland are just around the corner. Half an hour away is the Lauwersmeer area and the boat to Schiermonnikoog.

Between Groningen and Assen, the Maple stands in the middle of the woods of the Oosterduinen in Norg. Within walking distance is the nature reserve Noordsche Veld. The BBQ /fire pit/ping pong table/volleyball net are also provided. A visit to the Maallust beer brewery or the prison museum with a ride in the crooks bus is also recommended.
