The villa is located on a private 0.5 hectares of land with its own garden, terraces and outdoor pool (12m) with salt water. The area of the house is 350m2. Seaview terrasses and patio 300 m2. Ceiling height is 4 meters. This house consists of 3 sleeping areas, each with its own dressing room and its own bathroom. The large living rooms have a dining areas with fireplace and a TV areas. 4 bathrooms.

Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Waterfall Life: immersed in secluded nature

A converted stone watermill at the bottom of a small valley, between two waterfalls. Walking in, you half-expect to have stepped back a century. The sound doesn't stop—it follows you to sleep and is the first thing you hear in the morning. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

The Chimney Houses are the recovery of an old traditional house. They were carefully created to promote a rural experience in a typical home, in a modern and comfortable environment. Consisting of three independent houses, it also has a large garden with a swimming pool, a small vegetable garden and orchard and a porch with a barbecue (shared by all guests). It is a century-old house, recently recovered while maintaining the stone structure. Very calm and quiet area where tranquility is a privilege. It has a beautiful view of Pico da Vara as well as the sea and the parish. The house is in an area where you can see the sunrise.

Well equipped and decorated, the Bungalow dos Araçás is an apartment that consists of a double bedroom, toilet and living area with kitchenette and living room, where a sofa is available that can serve as extra bed (1.80m long, for one person). The outdoor area includes large greenspace, deck with pictures views of surrounding landscapes and a barbecue grill. It also includes a shared swimming pool area.
