This is an absolute gem and I am devastated I couldn't stay much much longer. The flat is massive, the view is insane, Konstantinos is a gentleman and quite frankly, I am only sad to write such a glowing review because then other people will discover it and I won't be able to book it again. I will absolutely be returning.

What an apartment overlooking the sea with no road in front. Every morning we would go out and have a swim in the sea Panagiotis was probably the best host we have ever rented from. Friendly, responsive and super helpful. His family were also lovely We arrived to wine, water, coffee and his mum’s delicious home made jam The flat itself is one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Large outdoor space, beautiful interior and all you would need in terms of amenities from a Airbnb It is walking distance to the port (5 minutes) and Tinos town where you will find supermarkets, bakeries and an abundance of restaurants We will definitely be returning

We could not meet Ourania. But Madam Efi took care of our needs from check-in until the check-out. One of the best hosts we had during our stay in Lesvos. The pie and lemonade she made for us was especially delicious. The house was built in 1894 and maintained well. If we come again to the Lesvos Madam Efi's wonderful place will be our once again home for sure. Kindly note for the guests who come with car: The street which reaches to the house is a dead end so if you cant find a slot to park near the house you will need to carry your luggages where you park, so an easy way to carry your baggages is parking the car temprorarily near the house, carrying the luggages and then searching for a spot to park.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt bei Giorgos sehr genossen. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge direkt auf der eigenen Terrasse sind einmalig schön! Das Studio gefiel mir innen auch besonders gut, da die Möbel hochwertig waren und das viele Vollholz ein schönes Raumklima machen. Zudem habe ich es als sehr ruhig empfunden. Da ich während meiner Zeit in der Unterkunft online gearbeitet habe, war mir eine gute Internetverbindung wichtig. Giorgos bestätigte mir im Vorfeld, dass die Geschwindigkeit 24 Mbit/s sei und das Internet war schnell und durchgängig stabil, was ich sehr schätzte. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber sehr gut durchdacht und hat alles, das man zum Kochen braucht. Giorgos selbst ist wirklich außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Er hat mir sogar extra noch warme Decken angeboten als die Temperaturen kühler wurden. Ich hätte meinen Aufenthalt sehr gerne noch verlängert - leider hat es diesmal nicht geklappt, aber ich hoffe bald nochmal für längere Zeit zurückzukehren!

L' host Fotini è il valore aggiunto ad una vacanza splendida a Ikaria.Sempre molto disponibile e gentile ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.Inoltre ogni 4 giorni ci ha fatto trovare asciugamani e lenzuola cambiate e pulizie fatte.L' appartamento è in una posizione strategica e tranquilla.Dispone di ogni comfort e la vista dalla terrazza è stupenda.Sicuramente dovessimo tornare a Ikaria in un futuro sceglieremo dinuovo questa soluzione.

Our stay at Kyriakos’ place was a great choice for our family of two. The place is more than enough for 2 people and it is walkable almost in minutes to Chios city centre. Kyriakos was always responsive and he even helped us to check in early even it was a last minute communication from our side. The building is one of the mostly renowed one in the neighborhood, I believe. The place has most of the amenities that you could need during your stay. Efharisto Kyriakos for your lovely hosting!

Absolutely exquisite location! Sublime scenery overlooking the sea and beach. Pool is fabulous! Spacious grounds and accommodation. Helpful and attentive grounds keeper. Best to have your own car or check carefully with taxis as some will not drive on the road from Tavari to Podoras as it’s a dirt road…Do-able for sure though. Enjoy!

Très bon accueil d'Eirini, petites attentions très sympa (gâteau, eau, fruit), appartement très bien équipé, conforme aux photos, au calme, chambres spacieuses avec du rangement, emplacement voiture sécurisé, Karfas accessible à pied et magnifique terrasse privatisée où prendre tous ses repas avec vue sur la mer et entourés de fleurs, super chouette. Nous recommandons !

Zuhause angekommen, die Seele baumeln lassen, den Blick in die Bucht und die Ruhe auf sich wirken lassen, im Barbounaki schlemmern, an den Badestränden relaxen. Hier kann man den deutschen Alltag hinter sich lassen.

Great accommodation! An entire house, well equipped, clean, kids friendly, near to super market, restaurants and near to Vatera beach as well. Hosts really friendly, welcomed us with a plate of fresh melon. We would definitely choose the same place to stay in a future trip to Mytilini island. Thank you very much, Joanna!!

perfecte locatie, super dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt, supermarkt, restaurants, souvenirs winkels, haven. Dit was de tweede keer in Pythagorio en de eerste keer bij dit verblijf. vriendelijke eigenaresse en als er wat is, ze reageert snel en altijd. super behulpzaam. Het is schoon en genoeg voor ons tweeën. Als we weer terugkomen dan zeker weten weer hier. kortom een perfecte verblijf gehad.

We spent a week at Aretis' house. The house is located in the middle of nature. The surroundings are beautiful, and the nearby beach is fantastic. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Konum gayet güzel merkezde her yere kolay ulaşım sağlayabildik. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve ev çok temiz düzenliydi çok memnun kaldık. Bizim için hersey düşünülmüştü. Teşekkürler yllka 😍

Çok güzel ve temiz bir evde kaldık. Manzara muhteşemdi. Çok keyif alarak kaldık. Mutfakta bazı eklemeler olabilir. Ekstra bardak, kesme tahtası gibi.

Esnek giriş, valiz bırakma, güler yüz, temizlik, iletişim gibi konularda memlun kaldık. Girişimizden önce bıraktığımız valizlerimizi odamıza kadar çıkarılmıştı.

Debbie is a wonderful host! She is very helpful and kind. First of all, the location of the house is very central. It is very easy to walk to the market and cafes. The house is very large and spacious. There is a sea view from the balcony. Debbie has thought of everything we could need down to the smallest detail. We highly recommend the house for anybody who visit Chios.

Absolutely gorgeous, modern villa built into a cliff. Amazing views of the cliffs and ocean, and brand new, modern interiors. Penny was extremely responsive and friendly— dealing smoothly with a last minute flight delay on our end, and checking us in quickly. It’s not immediately clear from the photos (because the 2 bedrooms are similar/the same in layout and size), but there are in fact 2 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom + shower, plus a spacious living room in between with another bathroom attached. A great, spacious layout. The one thing to call out is that the road down to the villa is a bit steep, but it’s well-constructed and paved. But I’d expect something like that for such a modern villa built into a cliff with such incredible views on a Greek island. Would not hesitate to book again.

We loved our stay here! We do reccomend a car if you are staying, it made exploring Samos a lot more easy as by foot it may have been impossible and more expensive, the place was good enough to stay in for a day or 2 with the amazing pool and view especially during sunset! The hosts were responsive and kind people, the husband gave us some home made wine when we arrived and a tote bag when we left!

Wonderful stay, Yiannis is a kind and insightful man, loved our time here. I thought the place looked much nicer than the pictures made it appear.

We had an amazing stay! Antonis picked us up from the ferry and gave some recommendations for the area. The apartment is super cute and the area perfect. You have a supermarket in walking distance and nice coffee shops, restaurants. This was the perfect place for some days on the island to explore (by car). They were super flexible with check in and check out times, which was amazing due to ferry times. We would always come back to this place. Thank you!

Stayed 3 nights at yorgos place. The apartment is in a very nice location few minutes drive to the beaches and in the heart of beautiful countryside. Apt is clean and modern. The hot tub is a great plus. Will definitely consider staying there again.

This property is one of a kind! I am so glad I had the opportunity to stay here and I hope to return soon. The views are breathtaking and the unit/property were beautiful!

Blue Gres was an amazing find! The place was very well-equipped, squeaky clean and even better than the pictures. I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else in Tinos.
