The White Guest House

King Room - Oceanfront Property

The king room is our smaller economical option at 220 sq. ft. It's made for travelers to save money and doesn't face the ocean. We also have 450 sq. ft. studios & oceanfront suites for just a bit more. We're a small historic boutique hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach, 60 ft from the ocean. We have a rooftop terrace and 2nd fl terrace. We have free beach gear, free WiFi, and $10+tx/day parking for a small or midsize car. The main guest MUST be 25+ so families don't have to worry about parties.

It has a heartfelt history as Paleface Ski Mtn and has been restored beautifully with an architecturally featured lodge, grand restaurant, cool vibes bar with live music, tapas & billiards lounge, charming bistro, modern gym, wellness center with yoga, massage, & pilates AND 35+ miles of well-established trails for hiking, biking, climbing and private alpine touring.

Full kitchen, Wifi, flat screen TV, jet tub for 2—and an enormous shower with dual heads and misters. Throw in OFF-STREET PARKING and you’re home! Please be aware there is a staircase to get to the suite. It is well lit and has sturdy handrails!
