The cottage is located at the bottom of the main house's small private garden. It is quiet & secure. Half a minutes walk from Largs train station. Fully equipped for self catering. This studio style cottage has a shower room with towels ,shower gel, toilet rolls and handwash supplied. A small kitchen area with electric cooker, sink, fridge with ice box , kettle and toaster. The kitchen cupboard is stocked with complementary tea, coffee and cereal. The fridge will also be stocked ,fresh milk,etc.

We welcome you to our beautiful converted annex with underfloor heating and a wood fire for a cosy getaway near the sea. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people - the bedroom is housed on the mezzanine upstairs and a sofa bed can also be used. Private access to public gardens and hills through the back of the property and a walkable distance to local pubs and restaurants. The facilities include a fridge, air fryer, George Foreman grill, microwave and kettle.

The family sized Mega Suite gives the space to play cards in one room, sup your coffee at the sea views in another, whilst you catch up with your TV in another. Two king sized bedrooms, a lounge, a cosy kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and separate bath, and a quirky dining area lets you enjoy Bute at its best.
