Holiday rentals with beach access in North Coogee

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

I had a great stay because it met all my expectations. I wanted somewhere in an easy to access central and quiet location - with a view, close to amenities like a supermarket and that was easy to access with free parking and a well equipped kitchenette. This third floor apartment ticked all the boxes. It had lift and stair access and was clean and had a comfortable bed and lounge. I just wanted to relax and be able to cook my own meals. The little extras provided by Carmela and Martin, like salt, pepper, tea, sugar, coffee, milk, cooking oil and some herbs and spices was a great bonus. As I'm planning another trip to Fremantle, I'll definitely be looking to see if this apartment is available again.

Amazing apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even had indoor private parking, but might be a little challenging to get in for amateur drivers - but the tip from Vicky to reverse in is incredibly helpful. Instructions were clear and helpful. All the key areas to visit were within walking distance. Would love to come back again!

Parking is very secure. Few gates to go through. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Place is cozy and homey. There's 2 toilets (plus point!). Beautiful balcony view to Fremantle Harbour. Very good size for 3 of us. Kitchen is well equipped. It's near the road, and train tracks. Some noise, but not bothersome.

Position, position, position !! Darran's place had everything we needed for a five night stay. Slap bang in the middle of Freo, we couldn't have asked for more. Will come back. Will recommend to friends.

Beautiful, interesting interiors with leafy plants. Amazing bathroom and extra large, very comfortable lounge room. I loved having a little private outdoor space. I cooked most nights and was grateful for a well kitted out kitchen. The bed was super comfy and Breda was a friendly, easy going and responsive host. Cottesloe is a gorgeous seaside town and I really did feel like a local! Very walkable to the train, shops, beach and restaurants, with one quick bus to UWA. I will definitely be back - thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

If I could give Adams apartment 6 stars I would. I simply could not take my eyes off that view, especially between 5:450pm and 6:15pm. The sunsets are spectacular! A 10 minute walk takes you to a selection of great restaurants and a fantastic Irish Bar. The apartment itself has a great seaside vibe and has everything you could ever need. I’ve stayed in a few Air BnB’s but this one is the best!! I will be back for sure.

Cannot fault our stay at Nicole's place. great location. comfy house. off street parking. excellent communication. We were stoked with the number of great cafes ans restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen in the house was also very well stocked with everything you could need. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautifully decorated, clean, modern house in a nice neighbourhood. Kitchen was well stocked and the house had books/entertainment for children. Would definitely return and stay longer next time.

During the month of may we stayed at Arabella loop and I got to say it was the most beautiful house I’ve ever seen, very clean, spacious and just overall felt homely I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they was to go Perth. Michael was a great host very quick to respond with any questions we had, his home is very updated and very well decorated.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt and Carly’s Airbnb in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully presented—exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, including thoughtful touches that made it easy to travel with our 1.5-year-old toddler and 7-year-old daughter. The space was quiet and safe, with a lovely outdoor area the kids enjoyed. The location was convenient for exploring Perth, and we felt very at home during our stay. Communication with Matt and Carly was smooth—they were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily return or recommend their place to other families visiting Perth. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Perfect location for folks with or without dogs. Lovely dog-friendly park just outside gate. Easy walk to beautiful dog beach with another dog friendly park along the way. Very generous easy parking. Lovely fenced area for dog. So many great socialising and dining opportunities super close. Great walking. Just loved it. Comfortable, clean and quiet inside. A beautiful home in the heart of South Fremantle. Bedding is extremely comfortable and Chanel is a wonderful host. The house is well set-out and has everything you need for a short stay as well as being close to really nice restaurants and bars if you don't feel like cooking. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in Fremantle.

Absolutely incredible experience dealing with David and Tammy. The house is exactly like the pictures, beautiful, filled with art, immaculate. The area is unique and the community is ideal. Note: As described, there are stairs from the bedroom to the washroom. Perfect experience and highly recommended

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Silver Street Studios. Judy was super helpful and made us the sweetest food basket upon arrival. The house was very clean and spacious with an artistic vibe. There are many cafes and restaurants within 100-500m of the house as well. The beaches nearby are stunning also. Would 100% recommend staying here.

I corresponded with co-host Rosemary. She was extremely responsive and kind. The unit was great - we felt right at home the minute we stepped in. Love her kitchen and everything else in the house - tastefully decorated and extremely functional. There were more than enough pots, plates, cutleries and blankets, towels, pillows. Every electrical item was working well. It has been an awesome stay!

We had a great stay, family stayed in other Apartments. Walking distance from the main centre of Fremantle. And fish restaurants 5min walk away. Only thing was with the black carpet, just be careful of the 2 steps down from the kitchen. With low lighting when we arrived, it was hard to see the 2 steps. Overall good.

Absolutely lovely view !! We could’ve sat on the balcony forever with a coffee, you can see the sunrise/ sunset, the boats come in and out and just watch the world go by !! Probably needs a fan in the bathroom as it turns into a steam room even with the door open, slight noise from the neighbours and the ports but that’s to be expected. Other than that everything was great !

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

Great location - across the road from North Cottesloe beach and a short walk to Cottesloe main beach. We stayed there for the Rottnest Channel swim and it was really convenient. Very comfortable apartment and Kaye was super-helpful in accommodating our booking dates and allowing earlier check-in timing.

Beautiful, quiet apartment right across the road from the beach. Perfect for our short beach getaway away. Only down side was that the top bunk wasn’t made up for our stay so the child had to sleep with one of the adults. Otherwise the apartment was clean, conveniently located and comfortable.
