Built around 1847 the Old Bakery has been many things. A butchers, a shop, a Blacksmiths. it has a charming and chequered history which is reflected in its character. Village location. 2 pubs, both that serve great food. 2x General stores. Larger shops within 15 mins. Lots of walking in the local area across the Wolds (AOAB). Beach (year round dog friendly) a short drive away. Louth nearby (foodie heaven) with a regular market and independent retailers.

This newly refurbished six bedroom farmhouse is situated in the beautiful North East Lincolnshire countryside. It is close to the seaside resort of Cleethorpes. The house is equipped with an outdoor hot tub, set in a private garden with patio and barbecue area. It also has a spacious games room with full size snooker table, as well as two wood burners. There are two wheelchair accessible bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as a wet room.
