Nestled into a private forested locus in the charming hamlet of Halcottsville, NY is SPACECRAFTX1 SANCTUARY, a transformed single wide trailer with walls of glass sliders that showcase the ultimate designer, Mother Nature with her majestic mountain vistas, perennial x calming Japanese rock gardens. The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is close but not attached (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv used with your accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact/need anything.

Oak Hill Farm c1824, this farmhouse has been fully renovated with a modern take on upstate luxury. Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house benefits from the views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. Enjoy morning strolls through our open hay fields, cookout on the covered deck with a wood burning smoker, gas grill, fire pit. The property has mowed trails through the hay fields, large pathways that are for hiking, foraging, wild life sighting.
