Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Writer's/vacation home 'Little Hemingway'

Writer's cottage/holiday cottage "Little Hemingway" is ideal for the lazy reading vacation. Our cottage has plenty of books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. Those who do not want all this, can enjoy the tranquility, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cozy, and has a ditto sleeping loft. Three minutes walk from the beach. Note: From July 1 to September 1, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to Friday/Sat.

Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Welkom op deze fijne plek, aan de prachtige Dorpsstraat van Zwaag, 2km van het centrum van Hoorn, 30 minuten boven Amsterdam. Dit verblijf heeft een eigen ingang, 3 airco's, 2 slaapkamers & uitzicht op groen. Wij, Vincent en Inge, wonen samen met onze 2 dochters aan de Dorpsstraat en zijn dol op onze moestuin & kippen. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Rustgevende, centraal gelegen accommodatie voor 2 personen. Vlakbij zee, strand, bos en stad (Alkmaar, Haarlem, Hoorn en Amsterdam). Fijn huisje met eigen toegang en schuifpui, terrasje met meubilair. Compleet ingerichte keuken met oventje. Houtkachel, hoek zitbank en smart TV. Vaste vlizotrap naar boven (vide). Sta hoogte boven is 1.30cm! Tweepersoons bed 1.80x2.20cm. Regendouche/toilet. Niet geschikt voor kinderen. Geen huisdieren. Roken is niet toegestaan.

This cozy summer house is located on our property behind our home. It has a nice kitchenette, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you to use to your heart's content. Peace, space and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Groet.
