Outdoor cottage with fireplace, Schoorlse dunes

Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Those who do not want all this, can enjoy the tranquility, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cozy, and has a ditto sleeping loft. We built the wooden house ourselves in 2019 with used materials. The house can accommodate 4 people, the kitchen diner has a cozy dining table and comfortable seating area. The living room has a beautiful glass roof that provides a beautiful light exposure. - Kitchen equipped with combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and oven. The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor, next to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can be reached with a short staircase on the 1st floor
