Cabin in the middle of the wilderness

Lieksa's jongun River is a wilderness cabin by a peaceful pond, in the middle of the cornice. Great berry picking, mushroom picking, fishing, and hunting grounds right at the cottage door (purse-lacla). The cottage has electricity. Nearby historical and hiking destinations include Rukajärventie, Änäkäinen, jongun river, bear trail, and recreational fishing and hiking area. ask for autumn weekends with a message, they are negotiable even though they are provisionally closed for your own use. At freezing time, there's no possibility of running water.

Rantamökki

Amazing sauna cabin (floor area about 39 square meters) by the clear-water Valkealampi! There can be four people staying overnight. The cottage has a sandy beach , in winter an opening. You can fish in the pond or fish in the summer. You can take a dip in the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the peace of nature. Nearby there are, for example, Kontiolahti ski slopes and trails, a biathlon stadium, Paihola's disc golf course, a summer cafe (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21km) and Kolin National Park (about 54km) services and activities!

Villa Tuulikki

In a cottage on the shore of a steamy woman, you get to spend a vacation with a unique lake landscape. The wood-burning sauna has soft steam and a view of the lake. Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Cooking with Airfryer, microwave, or on the deck with a 5-burner gas grill. Drinking water can be obtained directly from the kitchen faucet. The guest has access to an entire cottage with sleeping areas for two, a sauna, a toilet, and a small kitchen. An air source heat pump ensures the right indoor temperature. Downtown 13km.

Log cabin on the shore of Lake Pielinen

Beautiful log house on the shore of Lake Pielinen. A quiet location, stunning scenery and good outdoor opportunities best describe this place. In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, the city's services are available a few kilometers away.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. For those interested, the arboretum will be gladly introduced during the visit. The house crowd includes two lapin reindeer dogs, a cat, a rooster, and 6 hens. Breakfast on-demand

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Vanhoista savusaunan hirsistä tehty autenttinen ja erähenkinen pikku pirtti (25m2) kirkasvetisen ja kalaisan järven rannalla. Ei sähköjä, kantovesi. Rinnetontti, jossa kalliota. Rannassa pieni musta hirsisauna, avolaavu, tulistelupaikka, sup-lauta ja soutuvene. Luonnon rauhassa, mutta silti vain 5 kilometrin päässä Juankosken keskustan palveluista. Neljä petipaikkaa. Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our inhabited courtyard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. However, if needed, linens will be arranged from the home you stay in.
