We all just wanted to say a huge thank you. From the moment we made the booking right through to the end of our stay, we were thoroughly impressed with the communication, the absolutely stunning barn, and all the thoughtful little touches. We were there to celebrate a hen do, and it was all a surprise for the bride. To say she was blown away by the barn would be an understatement – we all were! We’e never stayed anywhere so beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and so well-equipped with everything you could possibly need – and more. The barn itself and the surrounding area were simply gorgeous. The hot tub was the largest any of us had ever seen, and the amount of space – both inside and out – was incredible. The lovely ladies who welcomed us made us feel at home the moment we arrived. It’s in a perfect location: close to everything, yet it feels like your own peaceful little retreat. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to family and friends. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay. The location was very peaceful and in beautiful countryside. Great for walks with the dog. Hot tub was a perfect way to relax. We would definitely visit again.

Cindy was proactive with communication from the beginning, calling to offer a free upgrade to the onsite Lodge as she was worried about October temperatures overnight in the Yurt. The Lodge was just as private and fenced in which meant the dog could run around freely. The lodge was warm and had has all you need for your stay. Hot tub was ready and waiting for us, don’t make my mistake and turn it off over night though as it takes some time to warm up. Nothing was too much of Cindy who lives on site and is always on the end of the phone. It was just a perfect weekend away from any tech and just perfectly peaceful. We shall be back

Beautiful house in stunning surroundings. very quiet and peaceful. We walked to Annabelles Cafe which was about a 25/30minute rural walk and very much worth it when we got there, great food and drinks in the sunshine were had! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We paid a little extra for a later checkout and were glad we did so that we could enjoy breakfast once more in this gorgeous place. The hot tub was a great added extra and we made great use of it while we were there.

We were looking for a private quiet relaxing weekend and across the hidden gem that ticked all the boxes.Jayne and Stuart were really welcoming and on hand if we needed anything.Highly recommend the dairy barn was immaculate and the hot tub was amazing not to mention the Inn on the green which was located at the bottom of the drive.If you are looking for a quiet getaway then this place comes 100% recommended with first class hosts Darren and Hazel from Sheffield.

Had a great few days at Abi’s place for a friends stag weekend. The house is beautiful, spacious and all the amenities you need for a nice chilled break. The surrounding land/venue is also very nice with an on-site cafe etc but you feel very private and nobody interrupted us over the weekend. Just a note that the pin location on Google/Apple Maps is about 100/150m too far up the road and the house is quite obscured due to the courtyard and trees so search for “manor farm” on maps to find your way properly as we couldn’t find it for a while :)

We had a lovely few days in a beautiful setting. The accommodation was absolutely gorgeous and sufficiently spacious inside and out for our large group. Andrea was very quick to respond to any queries and was so helpful during our stay when we had a question. I would recommend staying here without any hesitation.

Brilliant location, peaceful place and Carol was the perfect host. Collected bedding and towels for laundry and provided anything else that we needed. Property comfortable with a lovely home from home feel.

Very nice place to stop, lovely cottage, spacious, nice kitchen with everything you could need, lovely complimentary brownies provided, and the host Kayley was extremely reasonable with us, I would recommend stopping here, we had a friends wedding at Everingham Park, and it was a perfect for us, outdoor area with BBQ is also lovely

Wonderful stay and the cabin was perfect, adjacent to the village pub. The cabin was owned by the village pub, which had welcoming locals and served great food. We will definitely be rebooking later in the summer.

If you require a peaceful break in lovely surroundings, then Charlie's cottage will suit you perfectly. Easy to find from the main road, and then a short walk to the coast path. The cottage itself is comfortable and well appointed, and having two en suites and a separate bathroom proved very useful. I don't often leave five star reviews but I think it's justified here. Thanks Charlie!

Lovely shabby chic character terraced cottage. We enjoyed our stay here, nice enclosed rear garden for our dog. There is a nice tearoom a couple of doors away and lovely walking from the door and many great walks in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Recommend.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Communication with Paula was brilliant and we really appreciated her message asking how we were getting on during our stay. Everything we could have needed was provided. The cottage was so clean and comfortable and the outside area was beautiful. The location was lovely with great cycling routes nearby and we visited Mablethorpe Beach which was a short drive away. I cannot fault anything and would highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time and we will absolutely be visiting again!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay at the Chalet in Cleethorpes! We had a fantastic stay at this lovely chalet in Cleethorpes. The place was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with everything we needed and more. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The hosts Mike & Amanda were absolutely great—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already planning to come back again. Highly recommended

Bedrooms were fairly spacious with the two doubles having nice views too. Bathroom was lovely but didn’t have a lock on the door. Kitchen was easy to use but could do with a little more kitting out. Television isn’t smart and there is no wifi so would recommend taking a console. The pool outside is nice and clean, some beach chairs and inflatables to enjoy. There are also nice picnic tables outside to have a meal at. The place is adjoining to another apartment so it is a bit more lacking in privacy than expected. The host Marii is absolutely lovely, she was very welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond.

Marie was a great host will definitely go back again the pool the horses my daughter loved it all thank you 🙏

Fabulous garden and location. Beautiful view from the sun room. Great pool, perfect temperature and very comfortable bed. All round lovely clean and quiet place.
