In a private house in a quiet location (6 km to the centre), a "studio": a bedroom and its own renovated bathroom and SAUNA, in addition a utility room with a kitchenarea. The space has a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, small fridge, dishes and tea, coffee, sugar, oatmeal. There is no stove or oven in the apartment. I live in the same building. There is an indoor dog in the apartment. Guests have their own entrance and the space can be locked. Free parking space and free 5G-wifi.

Läheltä löytyy tasokkaampia hotellihuoneita :) Tähän vaatimattomaan ja pieneen - todella pieneen - toisen kerroksen alle 29 m2 huoneistoon on oma sisäänkäyntinsä kierreportailta, jotka saattavat olla joillekin koirille (tai ihmisille) haasteelliset. Talo on vm 1986. Ilmanvaihtoremontti on suunnitteilla syksyllä 2024. Vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, saippua, tee, kahvi sekä omena- tai appelsiinitäysmehu kuuluvat hintaan.

Hieman erilaisten kokemusten hakijoille. Sisäpihan suojassa oleva pihasviitti kaikilla mausteilla. Sisältää puusaunan, viihtyisän pesuhuoneen, pienen mutta kätevän keittiön sekä vuodesohvan yläpuolelle avautuvan lasikaton, josta mahtavat taivas näkymät. Lisäksi terassiin on upotettu poreamme, jota vuokrataan erillisellä hinnalla. Pihalla on autopaikka lämmityksellä. Sviitissä on nopea wifi-yhteys. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki kokkaamiseen tarvittavat perusvälineet uunia lukuun ottamatta.

Meillä majoitut turvallisesti erilliseen huoneistoon omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Rauhallinen sijainti kauniin Ylä-Juumajärven rannalla n. 2 km Juuman kylästä,3 km Pienestä Karhunkierroksesta,Oulangan kansallispuiston kupeella. Lähistöllä upeat luontokohteet: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs yms. Voit tehdä päiväretkiä läheisiin kohteisiin.Rantasauna on käytettävissäsi ja neuvomme sen lämmittämisessä. Käytössä WiFi. Hintaan sisältyy liinavaatteet ja pyyheliinat kolmelle.

Asunnossa parisänky sekä vuodesohva Karup design (koko 140x200). Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu mm. induktioliesi sekä integroitu tiskikone, jääkaappi ja pakastin. Kahvin-, ja vedenkeitin sekä mikroaaltouuni löytyvät aamiaiskaapista. Pesukone kylpyhuoneessa. Lemmikit lisämaksusta. Ilmainen pysäköinti.

Persoonallinen pieni asunto

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.

Very cozy studio with small kitchen and bathroom. This is suitable for 2 adults (+ 2 children.) The location is great, very near of city center of Kuusamo. Ski bus goes to Ruka from very near of the house ( 50 metres). The supermarket is located 100 metres of the house. There is a cross-country ski run very near ( 100 m) as well possibility to ice-skate.
