Holiday rentals with a fire pit in North Park, San Diego

First time rented Airbnb in San Diego, when I founded this clean place and convenient for us to move around the areas just on the center of everywhere, was really happy about it. Collette is super nice and response quickly when there was some questions arise. Overall, we love all and will come back again.

Amir's place was absolutely perfect for our small family! The option of booking two connected units for larger groups is brilliant, offering great flexibility. What truly set this stay apart was how thoughtfully everything was prepared for a comfortable and convenient experience. We easily managed our laundry with the provided detergent. While the dishwasher was small, it was perfectly fine for cleaning up after each meal. Parking was surprisingly easy: we always found street parking within a maximum of 5 minutes, and it's good to know there are also dedicated parking spots accessible from the rear alley. Amir clearly poured his heart into building this home himself; you can feel it in the attention to detail, and everything is clearly explained. The backyard is lovely, and the jacuzzi (available for a fee) was wonderfully relaxing. He has a nice outdoor dining, bbq place, bar and a kitchen which he offers to guests depending on the booking.

I couldn't say enough about this place. The back yard was our favorite part, with furniture and the fire pit, that we spent most of our time back there. The inside was in great condition, with plenty of space that felt very much like being at home. It was a great location as well. Close to the park, just a few minutes from the freeway with easy access to the rest of the city. Alex was a fantastic host as well. Extremely responsive, very friendly, and helped us in any way we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay in San Diego! The house was very clean and comfortable, just as advertised. My dog especially loved the large enclosed backyard and long walks around the neighborhood. It was nice and quiet at night, making for a good night's sleep!

Very quiet location perfect for a family. Walkable to some good spots in South Park, including coffee, Target, and a market. Great base for getting into downtown and exploring Balboa Park. Really appreciated the beach equipment too! Quick responses whenever we had issues.

My family was in town for a graduation and we all enjoyed our stay at Matteo’s place. Every aspect was thoughtfully designed - from the spacious setup, to the home decor, to the amenities. We even enjoyed the guest book that shares the “before and after” to the remodel of this home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was great and had lots of accommodations. While the on-site parking was wonderful, it can be challenging to get into the spot when other cars are parked in the alley. Very pet friendly area for your furry friend.

Ariel was very accommodating from the start. Her home was very clean, spacious and well kept. I’m so glad she had toys, a pack n play and highchair for my infant. It was so convenient and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again! :)

Tamara’s place was the best decision we made for the trip. Everything we planned was 20+ mins away but well worth to get away from the hustle and bustle after a full day of activities. Very clean, spacious yet cozy and relaxing with the sound of the ocean just steps away from you. Tamara is also very responsive, accommodating and kind. If we can’t book here, we will 100% adjust our plans so we can come back. :)

Pretty much perfect. Location is just stupid perfect. Walk right over to the Del Coronado, right to the beach, right to coffee. The place is perfect for a couples romantic stay. I plan on going back each year. I would suggest using their parking at the B of A right next door. Totally worth it. I really have zero bad things to say. Value A+. Easy A+ Clean A+. Safety A+++++. Lobster rolls across the street A+. Buzzed coffee around the corner A++++. I’ll be back.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Vivian’s place! The location is amazing—super close to everything we wanted to see, like Balboa Park and Little Italy. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. It was well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully organized. The kitchen had everything we needed, even though we mostly used the space to rest after being out all day exploring. Having access to a discounted parking spot nearby was a big plus since we were driving. Vivian was super responsive and helpful with the little details that made our vacation smooth and memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend her place to other families visiting San Diego!

Cute, cozy, and clean! I was traveling with my adult son, and it was nice to have two separate bedrooms, each with real beds. Easy walk to Petco Park and short Uber ride to airport and other highlights in the city.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great central location and easy to Uber around to wherever we wanted to travel to each day in San Diego. The hot tub wasn’t super clean but the house was spotless. The WiFi was spotty which wasn’t ideal but thankfully we weren’t on a business trip. The host was very responsive and did help us out with sourcing an iron and ironing board which we needed for the wedding we were in town for. They were super accommodating which we were grateful for!

Emma and Jordan put a lot into this AirBNB, you can tell by the little things such as the guest book that covered anything you could ever want to do in San Diego/Ocean. Despite being without AC, it was actually very cool in the apartment with the use of fans. They set proper expectations in the description of the place with the airplane noise but it did not bother me any. For those that it does they placed free single use ear plugs under the tv. This was a great touch. The place was clean, spacious, and felt very thought out. Also with the access from the alley I thought it would be hard to find but the numbers (address) under the parking area made it easy to find. I loved the whole apartment and wish we could have stayed longer. Also to note the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a beach day, and Emma and Jordan even allowed us to use beach chairs and boards during our stay. The place included doggy bags in one of the drawers was a great touch! Best AirBNB ever! 5 ⭐

This was a good stay for my one day in town. This space serves its complete purpose for those who plan to travel into San Diego. It’s a pretty spacious studio so you won’t have to worry about being cramped. Host gave clear instructions on finding place, however; due to construction you need to focus to find parking garage. Upstairs tenants were kind of loud but we were still able to sleep. I’d recommend this place for someone making a quick stop into town.
