The North Perth Nook

A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Welcome to our 3x2 two-storey house with reverse aircons & tandem parking for 2 cars. The open living & dining equipped with a modern kitchen ensures a pleasant stay. We have Netflix & sound system added to TV for your pleasure. A neat garden offers a relaxing outdoor area immersed in floral fragrances. Upstairs offers three spacious BRs, main bathroom & ensuite in the master room. Not to mention its desirable location near Hyde /Beatty Park,cafes/restaurants along Angove Street &3km to CBD.

The studio is close to public transport, a short walk from shops, cafes and nightlife. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Located in our backyard over the garage guests can enjoy complete privacy. The studio is fully self-contained with a queen size bed, lounge, bathroom, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and parking. Laundry facilities are available in the main house by request. Also happy to try and accommodate flexible check in/ out times depending on availability

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

The cafe strip on Angrove Street will blow you away with the choice and quality on offer, along with a great selection of boutique shops

Located on the edge of the city in North Perth, overlooking iconic Hyde Park, this private, self contained guest suite is ideal for those who wish to stay close to the city and its attractions, but also enjoy views of trees and greenery. Perth CBD is an easy and enjoyable 2km walk through cool and leafy Hyde Park and vibrant Northbridge, with its many bars and restaurants.

Semi Detached Suite - Close to City

Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.

One bedroom self-contained apartment

Adults only - our one bedroom apartment provides all amenities and is about 5km from Perth CBD. There's easy access to the freeway. Subiaco or Leederville shopping and restaurants are a mere 5 minutes away. It's a small hop, skip 'n jump to Cottesloe or City Beach.
