Chalé dos Ipês - a 3-minute walk to the beach!

At the foot of Serra do Carauari and 200 meters from the beaches of Lago Verde, the chalet is embraced by a diversity of fauna and flora. Primates, cutias, birds and our two cats may be accompanied by the balcony on the second floor of the chalet. For greater comfort, the suite has air-conditioning. The open kitchen offers a large piquiá table and a green ceiling where you take care of a garden. A place of romanticism and tranquility, blessed by the shade of a 30-meter yellow ipê.

We are a 15-minute walk from the nearest main road, in an agricultural area, resulting in an ideal balance between escape from the city and proximity to services. The house has a bathroom, hot water, a fully stocked kitchen, a high-quality double bed, and access to the patio and garden where you can enjoy the scenery, local birds, and even a nighttime barbecue/bonfire!

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

Minha casa está no Bairro Manôa, suíte, varanda, CHUVEIRO ELÉTRICO, wifi, ar condicionado, TV, cozinha equipada, estacionamento, dicas de um nativo de Manaus. O acesso à casa de hóspedes é por escada nos fundos da minha casa, sem acesso por rampa.

Comfortable and reserved Kitnet. It is separate from the main house, allowing you to come and go as you please. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchen/living room. Microwave, stove without oven, minibar and coffee maker. We provide sheets, pillows, towels and toilet paper. No electric shower at the moment and dogs or cats are not allowed
