Frostpine Cabin Near Gore Mountain

Frostpine Cabin was thoughtfully designed as a beautiful, comfortable space to return to after a day spent enjoying the outdoors, whether skiing, hiking, or exploring the Adirondacks. It is a warm and inviting retreat where you can relax, unwind, and reconnect at the end of the day. Winter Access Note: AWD or 4WD is REQUIRED from November through April due to mountain conditions. Snow and ice are common, and two wheel drive vehicles may not be able to safely access the cabin during this period.

Dizzying views of the Hudson River! Sweet cabin modest in scale, simple and pure to not detract from the richness of the views, offering a fresh, invigorating sense of just what is needed, nothing more. The rugged primitive siding was harvested from on-site cedar trees; the knotty pine interior was locally sourced. Friends gifted a claw foot tub and historic farmhouse sink. Enjoy an optional hot tub experience in our Japanese spa or our lovely new cedar sauna! Close to Gore and Garnet Hill!

Welcome to our newly remodeled Adirondack getaway " The Mountain House". Nestled in the heart of Gore Mountain country, this house is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. It is walking distance to the Garnet Hill Cross Country ski/snowshoe trails. As the snow melts, explore nearby hiking and mountain biking routes or embark on a serene adventure at 13th Lake. For the daring spirit, whitewater rafting awaits. Inside, the house has undergone a complete transformation, offering modern comforts.

Welcome to your mountaintop base camp to the Adirondacks! Birch Tree Camp is located in the heart of the Adirondacks on 15 acres of unspoiled wilderness surrounded by lakes, rivers, hiking trails and historical sites. An Adirondack four season camp nestled in the mountains of beautiful Indian Lake. This camp borders thousands of acres of "Forever Wild" land in the Hudson Gorge Wilderness area. Walk across the street and bushwack for miles and miles. OK Slip Falls trailhead is less than a mile away. Skiing at Gore Mountain is 10 minutes away. There are endless things to do in the area-fishing, skiing, hiking, multiple museums, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, kayaking and canoeing to start your getaway!
