Excellent cottage! Spacious, comfy and quiet. Just 10 minutes from Cavendish, located on a peaceful country road. Wendy was very attentive. Her driving and check in instructions were very helpful. She even greeted me on arrival and gave me a tour of the cottage.

We stayed at Kyle and Erica’s place first week of June 2025! The beach house was exactly what we were looking for! The house itself was very clean and had all the things you would need to feel right at home! We were travelling with a toddler and they even had items to keep the little one busy! The location was perfect, the two minute walk to the beach cannot be beat! The location also was nearby restaurants/ grocery stores and activities to do! We definitely would recommend this beach house, from the moment we booked Kyle and Erica were very helpful in helping us plan activities to do while we visited the islands. They also were very quick to respond to any questions we had! We can’t wait to go back and will seek out this place in the future! Thank you for everything Kyle and Erica! Dastida & Brandon

This is our second consecutive stay at Lynn’s townhouse and as expected it did not disappoint. Lynn is a great host, always quick to respond , giving great suggestions on ongoing local events and offering to meet our needs if we had any. This beautiful house is equipped with everything you may need, from beach towels, beach chairs, and a well stocked kitchen. The complementary welcome package was a well thought out treat!. The house was pristine and comfortable, with plenty of towels and toiletries. We will definitely come back, Lynn’s townhouse in North Rustico is a great location to explore the Island .
