Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

The summer house is a detached house at No. 26a. You reach the house through a private entrance where you can park your car. The haus is equipped with all comforts. A fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.) where you can enjoy cooking. A nice living room with a new comfortable (sleeping) sofa. A sleepingroom with separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. Located 50 meters from the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee and only 400 meters from the beach.

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Tastefully furnished holiday home with a spacious terrace and view over the IJsselmeer. Note when booking: The annual Stavers party will take place on the nearby grounds, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the fishing days of Stavoren will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known.
