With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog. There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The Preston Lucian Cross Hall Apartment at the Lucy Cross House is the benchmark in understated sophistication. The building was constructed in 1862 and lovingly restored in 2010 with toxin free materials to insure your stay is as tranquil and safe as possible.
