Our delightful garden cottage is in the leafy suburb of Berario, Johannesburg. Light, bright and super clean, our "little home" is the perfect place for business or personal travel. Close to N1 highway, Cresta shopping centre, MTN, FNB and WesBank. The guest cottage is separate, self contained and has private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, fridge and microwave. Wifi and Netflix is available. UPS power backup for loadshedding. Free parking for a car on the premises.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. Tranquil setting with spectacular views over the mountains. Situated about 70km from Johannesburg and Pretoria. 100km from Sun City, 130km from Pilanes Berg and 40km from Lanseria Airport. The area offers shopping, animal sanctuaries, cable car, restaurants, movie sets, etc. We are in a nature estate with free roaming animals & fauna and flora expected in such an estate. No additional- or day visitors allowed. Possibility of noise from the resort, golf course and building activities.

Studio #292

Studio #292 is situated on a smallholding in Hartbeespoort on the slope of the Magaliesberg with a panoramic view of Hartbeespoortdam and surrounding areas. On the other side of the Studio is another listing, Coucal Cottage. The two listings are separated by a passage and linen room. The Studio has a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster and frying pan (makes a lovely breakfast or stir-fry). The Studio is within 15 minutes driving to Village Mall and other shops.

A private self-contained lock-up and go guest suite with unrestricted 24/7 access. 2.5 km from Unisa, 10,2 km from Monash University, 12,3 km from University of Johannesburg (UJ) and 16 km from University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). Guests do not have to share any spaces within the home with any members of the household as it is a totally independent unit even though it is situated within the main house. The only shared areas are outside in the garden and at the pool.

Perfect contained room

We have recently installed solar panels and battery-backup to cope with the loadshedding as well as a large water storage tank for water outages Snug cozy contained room has a double bed, kitchenette with two gas plates and bathroom with a shower. It's not the biggest space (23,5 square metres) but has almost everything you need for a stay in one of Johannesburg's beautiful old tree-lined suburbs. The area is safe and close to the train.

Our cottage is located in Northcliff, JHB. The central location makes for easy access wherever you want to go- with Uber always only a few minutes away. There is a double room with en-suite bathroom, lounge and self catering kitchen with doors that lead into a private garden. Guests have their own private access and parking onsite. We have solar panels with a backup battery, so load shedding will not affect your stay.
