Our nice, quiet and fully contained, well furnished, private apartment with comfy bed and high speed internet will definitely be like a second home. We aim to make your stay as amazing as possible and strive for every guest to feel that they have had a value for money stay. Child and infant friendly! A comfortably furnished, clean, and very livable space will be very easy to relax in. We often have guests leave reviews on the cleanliness of the apartment which is something we strive to ensure. By completing the cleaning by ourselves, we ensure that the quality is the best it can be. With hotel quality linen, an abundance of indoor plants, high speed internet, Netflix, and all the necessary amenities such as rooftop pool, spa, and sauna so close to the heart of Melbourne, it will make your stay a home away from home. Perfectly situated to get the nice morning sun, this light filled and homely apartment will have you feeling comfortable from the moment you set foot inside. Our selection of house plants will put your busy schedule at the back of your mind. If you are staying with three people, please note that the there is one King Size Bed (which can be split into two Single XL Beds) and a fold out double bed. Please let us know the bedding configuration you require in advance. Choose from a king size or two singles, plus the addition of the fold out couch when 3 or more people are booked. The default will be a king size bed for 2 guests, or king size and fold out bed for 3 or more guests. The unit is a privately owned and operated apartment in a short stay complex operated mostly by Mantra. Although we don't have any affiliation with Mantra, it is a credit to the facilities that Mantra has continued operating here for many years. If you're requiring great internet, this apartment is part of a very well run private fiber optic network. It's fast and unlimited! Stream, download, work or play as much as you need. You can also enjoy Netflix as part of what we provide. Simply turn on the tv 55 inch in the living room and away you go. Enjoy a late checkout! We know that being rushed out of a hotel or apartment is never conducive to a peaceful stay so we offer a midday checkout for your convenience. We also try to remain as flexible as possible so if you have a later flight and the next guest doesn’t check in until late evening we can accommodate a 1pm-4pm checkout. Flexibility is the key to having our guests as satisfied as possible. We offer a portable cot for young children and infants. In addition there is a highchair, some toys, and plastic bowls, plates, cutlery, and cups. Our aim is to ensure you have a comfortable stay when traveling with a baby and provide the essentials so you don't have to bring large or heavy items with you. We are always welcoming of suggestions on how to improve for a comfy baby bnb. The building has a pool, spa, sauna, gym and guest balcony which are located on level 18 and can be accessed with your room keycard. Will happily help out when and where needed. If anything isn't up to standard, please let us know and we will work to make it right. Southbank and especially our location is the perfect mix of busy city lifestyle and relaxing apartment living. The many bars, restaurants, arts facilities and the Crown Casino complex make it easy to head out for a great night at the drop of a hat. Take a stroll along Southbank promenade to arrive at alfresco dining options overlooking the picturesque Yarra River. Royal Botanic Gardens are a stone's throw away from our front door. If you like to keep fit; take a lap or two around the famous Tan, or take a leisurely stroll through the stunning lush greenery. South Melbourne Market is about a 20min walk away, housing a mish-mash of exotic foods, fresh produce, restaurants and cafes. Be sure to be there on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon when it is bustling with trade. The iconic Flinders Street Railway Station is only an 5 minute walk where one can catch a train to explore more of Melbourne. It is also the place from which you can take advantage of the city's free tram services to get around the CBD. Public Transport is readily available. Only a 3 minute walk to many tram or bus stops and located 5 minute walk to Flinders Street Station. Perfect location for getting around. A quick online search for "Melbourne Free Tram Zone" will lead you to a map giving you an indication of where the free tram zone begins. The nearest tram stop to the apartment is one stop outside the free tram zone. Admire the city lights from the patio of this stylish studio. This relaxing, minimalist space has been renovated with care, and designed with ultimate comfort in mind. Some of our favourite features - All amenities provided — including toiletries Amazing natural light and fresh air (block out curtains too though!) You can walk just about anywhere in the CBD, Southbank and throughout gorgeous Carlton, home of the iconic Exhibition Buildings and gardens - which we are directly opposite! 4 major supermarkets within walking distance, along with pharmacies This huge studio is a short stay apartment - no one lives there and it is specifically set up for guests to have the most enjoyable stay. Fully equipped, including a welcome goody basket upon arrival, and a guest guide book full of our top tips to get the most out of your visit to the area. With a deco inspired entrance, wrought iron gates and solid brick exterior, it is one of the few residences from this era that remain in Melbourne. Our studio is set up for guests with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. It has just been fully refurbished (largely by us!) to make it as comfortable and convenient as possible. Features - - huge, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, as well as condiments, spices, tea and coffee - private walk in robe/dressing room area all bathroom items included - fresh towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner - loads of storage space for all of your belongings - designed for guests - coin laundry on same floor (washing liquid, clothes airer and basket provided) - secure car space - sofa bed sleeps additional 1-2 people and can be made up on request - inside living area - Myki cards provided for public transport, only top up required - balcony area with seating and city views - full blockout curtains so you aren’t woken by the morning sun unless you want to be - high speed internet - windows with city views -gym on site - it is being refubished in future so we haven’t listed it as a 'feature' due to it’s age, but the equipment is in good condition - a high chair, portcot and bouncer can be made available upon request - please note the apartment is on the second floor and without childproofing so people may want to take this into consideration when booking -Please note this is a studio apartment - hotel style living where the bed is situated in the main living area. We live a few minutes away and love to meet and greet our guests and give them the inside scoop on the area, as it's our neighbourhood. There is a lockable keybox however, so if this isn't your preference you can just check yourself in and enjoy the peace and quiet. We are available easily if needed, and happy to help any time during your stay. All the apartments face the outside so you have your own private entrance and security door within the premises. The car space is located within the grounds and is accessed with an electronic fob. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed via lift or stairs. We aim to meet and greet our guests whenever we can, and we are just a few minutes away if needed. We don’t live in the complex, so you have privacy, peace and quiet. We are always a phone call/email away if needed and happy to help. There is a full guest guide inside the studio featuring our recommendations on the best places to eat, drink and visit during your stay. Carlton is one of the best places to stay in Melbourne. It epitomises everything about Melbourne culture, with amazing cafes, markets, gardens, and restaurants right on the doorstep. It is moments away from the bright lights of the city centre. You can walk to the city centre in a few minutes. From the centre there are trams, trains and buses to take you anywhere in Melbourne. There is a bike hire stand directly across the road in front of the Exhibition Buildings. Free parking is on site if you have a car. Uber and Taxi services will be on your doorstep in minutes. This is a beautiful quiet building on the edge of the city and we appreciate the co-operation of our guests in respecting our neighbours during their stay by keeping the noise down. The studio is in a double brick building with windows on every side, so the temperature is always very comfortable. The ceiling fan with reverse heat function is all we have needed so far.

Bridge Road Richmond location , walk to Epworth Hospital, MCG, Rod Laver Arena and only 3 kms from Melbourne CBD. The tram routes 48 and 75 stop on Bridge road and access to City, South Yarra, and surrounds is easily accessible. There is laundromats within walking distance if you need.
