Apartment holiday rentals in Northeast Washington

We needed a place to stay overnight for a trip to DC with our young grandkids. Meredith’s apartment had everything we needed with the added bonus of off street parking. Meredith was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. She provided detailed instructions that made it easy to find the parking and access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had a great experience.

Had an amazing stay here for my first time back in D.C. since I was young. Place was cozy and lived up to what you could ask for!

We felt right at home in Ian's place. It was very clean and exactly as described - spacious, walkable to so many things yet tucked away and private enough that it's quiet at night. One thing to note is the bed is incredibly firm.

Nice and cozy place to stay while visiting DC. Safe and quiet neighborhood that is a not to long walk to the metro. Great amenities and supplies offered in this, and Dan was super helpful and responsive. Keep in mind an older home so the drains in the bathroom drain slowly. But I didn't mind and can't wait to stay again! :)

Nicely decorated place with great hosts. The only watchout is that the ceiling is kind of low and I had to be careful to not hit my head (I am 6').

Dan’s place was a unique and great place to stay while visiting DC! We were able to walk to get a few groceries at a nearby store upon our arrival, and also walk to many great restaurants during our stay. The condo was clean and as described, and we enjoyed being able to check out the neighborhood! Overall, great place!

Exactly as described. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Maria was kind, easy to communicate with and was very understanding when it came to checking in. If I were to come back I’d definitely stay here again.

Great stay!! Would definitely rebook! Did have some functional issues with the garage but Matt was quick with responses so it wasn’t much of an issue.

We had a great stay. The location was great and felt safe and clean. My minivan fit in the private garage, it was tight. Also always seemed to be open spots on the street. Make sure to check out The Big Chef crepes!! So yummy!! Hosts are very friendly and responsive.

Staying here was WONDERFUL! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I like how right around the corner there were a couple stores just in case I needed to pick up a few things. Kristen provided things I didn’t even think to even bring. There were slippers and robes waiting for us. A nice care package on the island as soon as we walked in. She provided other little necessities I did not bring but ended up needing like a safety pin. I ended up getting black eyeliner on my dress and I was bummed assuming I would have to change my outfit. I then looked in the bathroom drawers and found safety pins and I was able to keep on my dress on and covered the spot with the safety pin pulling it up a bit. I was so thankful for that. If you ever decide to stay in DC please book this BNB it is so worth it!

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful set up. Room to gather and nice quiet private space when you need it. Convenient location if youre in dc sightseeing. Easy access to poblic transportation. Would definitely stay here again . There was a minor issue with the garbage disposal and Matt had it resolved in a couple hours.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Pristinely clean and spacious with everything we needed to be comfortable. We loved the modern decor and appreciated the extra thoughtful amenities. A wonderful place to return to after a long day of walking in DC. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb—great location, nicely kept, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It felt like a true home away from home. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Communication was great. Walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping.

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.
