Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Northern Cyprus

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa in Agia Varvara while we celebrated our wedding in Cyprus. Eva was so helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood had everything we could have needed at a walkable distance (coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, and pharmacy). We loved this villa and would 100% stay here again!

The host was very responsive and was able to meet specific requests we had. The place is specious, short walking distance from the beach, has a very large swimming pool and well equipped kitchen. the place is clean and comfortable (although not everyone liked the spring mattresses, but that's a personal preference). The kitchen includes silverware, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and various pots and pans. Multiple EU-->UK power adapters are available, which is a very nice touch. Perfect place for a family. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Amazing place and amazing hosts! Location of this house is just superb, outside dining area and balcony view is facing beautiful valley with warm sunsets. Because of the hilly location nesting birds are flying right at eye level and the nearest road is not very busy and can be barely heard. The house itself has everything to spend some days away from city routine, it's not very spacious, but for 2-4 people it's quite alright. We used bbq, internet is good enough to watch a couple of movies, hot water is actually hot :) Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work the time we arrived, there was something broken, but hosts were open and proactive in terms of problem management. The are some shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving, also a lot of hiking routes if you like it. We brought our road bikes on us and explored central part of the island on the wheels. We stayed here with a group of 11 friends and had an amazing time! The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for a large group. Great location, close to everything we needed, and the host was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again – highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It was perfect for our family getaway. The villa itself is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. There were so many entertainment options to keep everyone happy. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and comfortable holiday. We’d love to come back! 🥰

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Bu villada geçirdiğimiz tatil bize sadece güzel anılar bıraktı! Her detayı düşünülmüş rahat bir ev: donanımlı bir mutfak, su filtresi, tam banyo malzemeleri… Güzel bir bahçe, keyifli bir teras ve tertemiz bir havuz ile tam anlamıyla huzur dolu bir ortam.

Kyriakos was the perfect host, very friendly and responsive and from the moment meeting him at the check in he made you feel very comfortable and gave great recommendations. He also included a huge welcome basket of local produce which went down a treat! The villa itself was stunning, very private and quiet and had great additions to the place that we made great use of. From the pool table, swimming pool with jacuzzi function, hot tub, bbq, firepit and the most glorious vegetable garden, our trip was extra special. There was a fantastic local restaurant a walk from the villa that was great and the owner was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten erst Angst, dass die Villa nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern ist. Aber wir wurden nicht enttäuscht sie ist wunderschön es gibt einen super Service alle drei Tage circa kamen Putzkräfte die Handtücher ausgetauscht haben geputzt haben und die Betten gerichtet haben. Das einzige Manko war, dass manchmal das Wasser in der Dusche etwas gebraucht hat, um warm zu werden.
